I came from Hiroshima city using the Iwami Kotsu express bus.Although it was a Sunday during the holidays, there were no crowds of people, and there was an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.The water has no taste and is not too hot, so you can stay soaked for a long time.The hot spring bath was not heated, so the temperature was a little low, but not so high that I couldn't take a bath.The hot spring bath is limited to 4 people at most, so we had to wait in line to enter.There is also a cold water machine near the hot spring entrance, so you can stay hydrated.I was relieved of my fatigue.

I used it for a day bath.It seems that the price has been increased to 680 yen for people from out of town.The indoor bath with natural hot spring water is narrow and lukewarm.The mist sauna has tiles that look like shells.The cute open-air bath is wide and deep.I liked all of them.

There weren't many people in the hot springs, so it was quiet and relaxing.When the hot spring comes into contact with air, the water changes from colorless and transparent to slightly cloudy.The water is refreshing and smooth.I feel like my blood circulation has improved by taking turns bathing in the mist sauna.The rooms are also neat and clean.

It is attached to a roadside station that you can reach shortly from the Muikaichi Interchange.If you don't have your own car, it's about 10 minutes by bus from Hiroshima to Masuda from Muikaichi bus stop.There is a bathhouse located behind the roadside station, right next to the reception desk, where you can take a day trip bath. The entrance is sometimes locked at 10pm (for overnight stays), and guests can only use the baths until this time. There is also a morning bath, but you cannot use the open-air bath.There are about 15 rooms for overnight stays, including both Japanese and Western styles.The Western-style rooms are in the main building, and the Japanese-style rooms are down the hallway across the banquet hall. It looks like the area is larger than I expected.Being located in a mountain basin, the table in the Japanese-style room becomes a kotatsu during the cold and harsh winters.

Last time I visited, it was closed on the second Wednesday of the month, so I visited again and took a day trip to use the hot springs. It is very helpful that you can temporarily leave the station for up to 2 hours using ETC 2.0 from Muikaichi IC. Sashimi and bento boxes were sold next to the reception desk, and they were both reasonably priced and delicious. thanks

Ground golf ⛳ facilities are available. On the day and the next day, friends from the town stayed overnight, played golf, and had fun at karaoke🎤🎶 in the evening. I want to go again!! ️

It's a roadside station where you can get all sorts of local ingredients and souvenirs, and there's a hot spring attached, so it's a good idea to soak in the hot spring before or after shopping, and it's unique to a roadside station because it's not crowded and the restrooms are very clean. It's a recommended place to take a break from driving! !
