Heads-up traveller!!! Questionable management and service. Booking the hotel on Agoda in 2 weeks, but found out immediately that I would plan to book my stay at Kyoto, but not Tokyo. I contacted the trip agent immediately to cancel, no reply. Then I wrote directly to the hotel with 24 hours and explained what happened, hoping that it could give the full cancellation or I am happy to pay a reasonable compensation. As a first time visitor to Japan, I mistakenly messed up- between “Tokyo” and “Kyoto”. However, the hotel management asked to charge me the mandatory 70% cancellation. I know it is my mistake, but even for any booking platform there is 24 hours cooling period or so. And 70% cancellation fee from 2 weeks in advance seems to be ABUSING to me and any international traveller— and the fee is not cheap. And this hotel is kind new and mainly target for international travellers. So please think twice if you are planning to stay at this property!

A new opened hotel, which is closed to the Ueno Park, stations. With a delicious restaurant and nice service. Came here for the sakura, and we definitely enjoyed sakura blossom in Japan(April).I came here with my family, so we lived in a big room. But I just don't want to miss the food around Ueno, haha!This is a new hotel, very close to Ueno Park and the station. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel and a bar in the evening. The hotel staff are very nice. Especially the restaurant staff, we chatted a lot in English, and we could feel that the people in the hotel and restaurant are running the hotel and restaurant with great care.I came to Japan with my family to enjoy cherry blossoms🌸. It is very close to Ueno Park, a holy place for cherry blossom viewing, so it is very convenient for us to choose to live here. It's about a 6-7 minute walk from the station, but it's very quiet here. I like this quiet area. The room is quite large, enough for a family of 4. You can also cook your own meals in the room, but we don’t want to miss the delicious food nearby, haha!

It was easy to access and close to the station! It was close to JR and subway stations, so it was perfect for sightseeing around Tokyo.Also, the surroundings are quiet and the rooms are spacious so you can relax 😄 I definitely want to stay here again when I go to Ueno!

Great location! It's a relatively quiet street near Ueno, so it's very quiet to sleep at night. ! The price/performance ratio is very good and the room is very clean! The hotel staff always greet us with a smile and are very kind.

The location is close to both Okachimachi and Ueno stations, and even closer to Naka-Okachimachi, making it the perfect location for sightseeing in Tokyo.The room is large and very comfortable.I think it's more cost-effective than staying at a nearby business hotel.This hotel is suitable for both sightseeing and business.
