The staff, the room, and the food were all very good. I was able to spend a very relaxing time in the room listening to the birds and watching the trees. I would like to come again.

The large bath and rooms were both in good condition, but the meal was a bit disappointing.

On 28th September 2024, I stayed in the Executive Villa (KanKanan) of The YAKAKUTEI Hot Spring Hotel. ||The transfer services were efficient, and I was greeted by Mr. Mori, the hotel owner, upon arrival. …

I wanted to stay at "Yazuru-tei"All the food here was delicious. There was also a wide variety of alcoholic beverages!⁡Each one is delicate and beautifulBecause they used ingredients from KagoshimaI had a lot of fun eating there.⁡Especially the earthenware pot rice was the best! !⁡The breakfast was also quite voluminous. It was so delicious I ate it all◎⁡You can eat while relaxingHighly recommended⁡⁡However, I would like to have my meals at the venue.I couldn't spend a quiet time because I was with children...🥲It was a ryokan for adults, so please suggest a time when we wouldn't overlap, or I had booked a detached house, so I was disappointed that I couldn't eat in my room.⁡However, it was a very nice inn.I would like to go again to relax and relieve my fatigue.⁡⁡Thank you for the meal🙏🏻

I used it on a family trip.I was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff from check-in to check-out.I stayed in Saishin-an, Kankan-an, and Shiun-an separately, and all the rooms were wonderful, and I was able to forget about everyday life and have the best vacation.I was also overwhelmed by the quality of the food, which was made with great care. The quality of the hot spring water is very smooth and I think it is one of the best in Kagoshima. This is a ryokan that you should definitely stay at when you come to Kagoshima.

I stayed in Kagoshima from Kanto in April to do some sightseeing while returning home. The room was clean and the bath in the room was comfortable. The meal was also delicious. The atmosphere was also soothing. It's been a while since I've been to Kagoshima, but I had a very relaxing time.I would like to stay again someday. It had a luxurious feel, just like the luxury hotels in Hakone.I loved the smell of the leather on the chair in front of the elevator. It was a high class chair.

Even though I checked in a little late, they were kind enough to accommodate my meal time. When I looked at the photos beforehand, I imagined it to be a rather small inn, but the facility was much larger than I expected, and the baths and dining area were both spacious and comfortable. Also, even though it was an open-air bath at this time of year, there were no leaves or insects floating in it, and it was thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to bathe comfortably. Each and every one of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant time.I was a little worried because I saw a few negative reviews, but it was a wonderful inn that met my expectations by 300%. If I come to Kagoshima again, I would like to come back again. The only thing I agree with the negative reviews is that the air conditioner in the room is not very effective. This time, 7 people rented 3 rooms and stayed there, but 2 of the rooms did not cool down easily...the hallway was cooler. (It's not that it doesn't work at all, and the room was cool in the morning.)thank you very much.

2024.7 visitThe entire building, including the guest rooms, has a solid concept and is well-crafted with Japanese style, giving it a very calm and luxurious feel.Since it was a Monday, there weren't many other guests, so it felt like a private stay. The bath was very nice and I was very lucky to have the open-air bath all to myself. We stayed here for one night to celebrate my wife's birthday. My wife was also very happy. The employees were all cheerful and very kind, and I was able to spend a very relaxing and happy time there.
