I was able to stay at half the original price with an early bird discount. It's one of the oldest establishments in Kaike Onsen, but it's very clean as if it's been kept very well. The facilities inside the facility are a bit old-fashioned, but...If you stay in a room facing the sea, you can hear the faint sound of the waves at night and sleep quite comfortably.

I feel like all hotels and inns are the same, apart from eating, you're going to sleep, so I think the best thing is the employees. If you can make them feel comfortable and treat them well, it's important to be able to interact with people. I think people are the best

This is my second time staying here, having stayed there 10 years ago on a trip to Tottori. I used it on a trip with friends.I was able to spend a relaxing time in my room with an ocean view and listening to the sound of the waves 😊The bath was spacious and I was able to relax while looking out at the sea. What was a little disappointing was that the shower pressure was weak and the hair dryer's wind power was also weak 🥺But the bath is the best👍Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious! The staff were also kind and polite.Next time I go to Tottori/Shimane, I would like to stay here again 😊

This is a problem before staying overnight. You're insulting your customers.Although it is a long article, it is helpful, so please read it if you are considering using it.My family has been using this inn for a long time, and recently I have noticed that as I become a regular, there is a disparity in the way people respond to calls over the phone. In the beginning, when it became clear that there was only a limited number of rooms available, I was assigned to answering the phone, and in the end, the stern-spoken lady would just repeat, ``There are no empty rooms.''This is not limited to this case, but even if there is no vacancy according to the information online, it is often the case that there is vacancy when you check directly, but the response here is the worst. When I became a regular customer, I called to check on availability over the phone without giving my name, and a woman with a strong tone said, "There's no availability," and even though I asked her to check carefully, she said, "No, there's no availability." ''When I introduced my name, I was stunned when he turned his hand and said, ``Oh! There was no space left!''On another occasion, when I was checking availability, I was asked for my name, and the person said, "I don't have a reservation under that name, right?" Are you kidding me, since I didn't have a reservation? Even when I told them that I was checking availability rather than confirming a reservation, I couldn't help but wonder what they were doing wrong and asking, ``Are you sure you have a reservation?'' I could only think that they were trying to fool the customer. This inn has good service and looks, but the things you can't see are rotten. It seems that visibility is more important than employee training.

The portions of each dish are small, but the variety is large and filling. There was so much that I couldn't finish both dinner and breakfast. The bath was clean, and I could see the sea from the open-air bath, which was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the sea view rooms have the best views!

The hotel is located on the beach, and there are three large public baths, including two open-air baths, and the hot water is very satisfying. The food has a local flavor and is very satisfying. The behavior of the employees is also very good. You can take a walk on the beach in the morning and evening!
