Just 10 minutes walk to Mito Station. There is a Seven train between the station and the hotel.A parking fee of 300 yen is required in addition to the accommodation fee.The parking lot was uneven so getting in and out was a little scary.I stayed in a non-smoking room, but there was a slight smell of cigarettes. You can hear the sounds from the hallway. There is a large public bath, but it was inconvenient for women to use the time, and it didn't seem to have a circulation system, so I ended up taking a shower.I'm glad that there are many types of welcome drinks. The man at the breakfast venue was kind.

I stayed in a room on the 4th floor. It smells deadly like cigarettes. The air conditioner has a lot of mold and dust. The windows are full of spider webs. The refrigerator doesn't get very cold.Even if the drink container overflows and spills on the floor, the front desk doesn't notice. It can't be helped that baths are taken in shifts, but I can't tolerate the smell of urine in the bathhouse. Although the location is convenient and cheap, I think it's better to avoid it.

The price is cheap (about 8000 yen) and includes breakfast. The bathtub in the public bath is small. There's a Lawson nearby so it's not an inconvenience. The facilities in general, including the rooms, are old.

Close to Senba LakeI don't feel like walking from Mito station.I'm planning on staying here for one night.(👴GGI🧓BBA and grandchild👶) used it.There were quite a few negative reviews, but what I felt after actually staying there was:The exterior of the hotel looks a little old-fashioned, butDespite the low cost of accommodationI think the service was excellent.Wide variety of amenity goods availableIt was a hotel full of feeling that you can touch the itchy areas.Well, one disappointing thing is...There is only one large bathI wonder if the time is what separates the usage by women and men 🤔It was a very hot day on the day I stayed, so it was around 5pm.Check in to hotelIt was a pity that I didn't take a bath quickly afterwards. For men, after 8:30 pm😳It's so slow that it's "impossible"There are only three washing areas. We recommend that you take a look inside the bathroom before taking off your clothes.or,As per everyone's reviewsThe breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. 😄For some reason ❗️When it comes to hotel breakfast buffets, I tend to eat too much.🧇Eat🍚Eat🍛Eat rice too😅Full of fat🐽🎉Also, I would like to use it if I have the opportunity.

I think the cost performance is good. The large public bath has 3 washing areas.
