I'm sorry for the poor customer service attitude. It's a shame because I've been using it for a long time and it was good until now. She looks like a woman in her 50s and is generally unmotivated. I'm not good at speaking. I get irritated by the way they talk and make fun of the customers. Please try to explain it a little better.

I have used it often for several years. The customer service wasn't bad, and the price was reasonable, but once when we were picking them up from the station, the car was too small to carry all the passengers, so we were left behind until they picked us up again.Since we are visually impaired, it is difficult for us to get to the car without a staff member coming to pick us up. When I asked about it later, I was told that it wasn't people who were overcrowded, but rather large luggage on the seats.I was shocked to see that luggage was being prioritized over customers, and I was so traumatized by this that I couldn't go anymore.
