Hospitality, food, nigori-yu, best in class. The best hospitality from start to finish.Delicious food no matter what you eat. It's a bit small when there are a lot of people, but the hot springs are great. It's a small, unexplored area, so there's not much to do at night. So it's a pain that the Wi-Fi is not good depending on the location. If possible, have some local beer.want.Shiobara has the image of being a secluded mixed bath, but this place is safe and recommended for women and couples.

The hot water was great. The food was also light and delicious. The dining area was a bit noisy and noisy, but I think this is a structural issue.

Both the hot springs and food were excellent. Both the garden-style open-air bath and the indoor cypress bath are fed by natural hot spring water. I had a relaxing time. And most importantly, the food. They gave careful consideration to the ingredients I could not eat due to my chronic illness, including suggestions for alternative menus, so I was able to eat them without any worries. I had heard that it was very delicious, so I was very relieved.

The number one inn in Heisei Onsen ranking in Tochigi Prefecture. It's not a secret hot spring in the mountains, but it's a quiet place. It feels like a ryokan, and the staff provides attentive service from the moment you arrive to the moment you see off.You can use the hot springs as much as you like 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy the hot springs without being crowded with other guests. The spring quality is cloudy with a smooth sulfur scent. It's very warm. The meals were all delicious, with carefully selected ingredients such as Tochigi Wagyu beef and river fish!I was offered a second helping of Shimeno Ochazuke, but it was enough to fill me up.Due to the parking lot, you will have to leave the keys with your car and an employee will move it for you.

Thank you for staying with me as a couple for one night. It's a very good inn. This is a quiet inn deep in the mountains, surrounded by nature. At the entrance, change into slippers, receive tea and sweets in a private room, and check in.We were welcomed by the proprietress and staff and enjoyed delicious matcha tea.The rooms are modern, renovated rooms and very clean. The sofa next to the window is comfortable to sit or lie down on.Although it was a snowy day, the inside of the hotel and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The rooms were luxurious with air conditioning and gas fan heaters. The hot springs you can enjoy are the best in the hotel, with milky green sulfur springs in the cypress bath! ! Free-flowing hot springs are the best! It's also hot so it's even better! The open-air bath is a 1-minute walk from the inn and is colorless and transparent, giving you a taste of Yukimi Onsen. It's a little lukewarm, so you can take a long bath in the open-air bath!Although it is not a lodging facility, there is a secluded public bath within a 3-minute walk, which is full of atmosphere. It's also great to take a bath with super hot water. For dinner, each and every flavor was very delicious, it was clean and warm, and I was very satisfied.I would like to thank the staff for always speaking to me and being kind. I am also happy that the Bhutanese women have very good customer service. Also, thank you to all the staff for being so kind.We are very satisfied and grateful for this inn, which has a good location, accommodation, food, and hot springs!thank you very much.

No, no, no.The good thing about hot springs is the people. Hot spring therapy is healing by touching the warmth of people through the warmth of the hot springs, so if you come into contact with a man who claims to be in charge of the place and doesn't listen to what he has to say and unilaterally dismisses him, it just makes you feel sick. It also makes my heart sick.No matter how warm the other staff are, no matter how good the hot springs, rooms, and meals are, if there's even one person like that, it's no good. For example, no matter how much heart and skill you put into the exquisite food, if it contains just a tiny bit of deadly poison or food-poisoning bacteria, it would be hell to eat.I'm not saying anything bad, just how much of a burden it is for you to touch sick people. You can't get it back with money.

The cleanest inn around here. The large bath is new and the room is comfortable. However, the hot water seems to have a little bit of sulfur for this area. Meals are served at a restaurant, but if you set your expectations high based on the appearance of the restaurant and the impression of the room, you may not be able to meet your expectations, so I hope that you will improve your skills and service every day.

I made a reservation on Ikkyu.com and stayed here! Everything from the customer service to the hot spring food was great. Some reviews said that the young man's customer service was bad, but everyone was kind! I would like to stay there again during the autumn leaves season. It was my first time drinking bamboo sake, and it was very delicious. it's recommended.
