This is my first time staying at a Villa in Bali. This bad experience makes me not want to try Villa again in the future.1. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear obvious noise from next door on both the first and second floors.2. A few hours after check-in, I was informed that pest control spraying would be carried out the next day. Is the spraying done during the guest’s stay? Spraying during rainy season? How many centimeters are the sprayed garden plants next to the swimming pool? Villa did not provide any proof of pharmaceutical substances. It rained the night after the spraying was completed. Will the chemicals dissolve into the swimming pool during the spraying process? Will the chemicals originally attached to the leaves dissolve into the swimming pool after it rains? This put us off using the pool the next day.3. When I checked in, I was told that the check-out time was 11 a.m., but the booking.com website ambiguously showed 11:00-12:00.4. On the afternoon of the second day of check-in, I was told that I had to check the room condition 30 minutes before check-out, which meant that the check-out time was advanced to 10:30. Moreover, the check-in instructions were not listed at all, and there was no reminder at check-in. After we expressed serious protest, Villa compromised and changed check-out to 11 o'clock.The second to fourth points are all things that can be notified to guests in advance, but the owner chose a very bad time to notify.5. There is not enough space for drying clothes. There is no suitable space for the swimsuit after swimming, so it can only be hung with the bath towel.6. The faucet switches on the left side of the washstand in the bedroom toilet on the first floor and the guest toilet on the first floor are very difficult to turn on. Hot water comes when you turn it on to 45 degrees, and cold water when you turn it on to 180 degrees. I gave up after trying it a few times.7. There was about one-tenth of the toilet paper left in the toilet in the room. After cleaning, they did not replace it with new ones or put an extra roll of toilet paper for us.In addition, when staying in the hotel for two nights, all fruits and snacks will be replenished for free. At Munno Villa, they are only available on the first day and will not be replenished on the second day.advantage1. When we checked in, we could only fill in the credit card number, expiration date and security code online on the tablet provided by Villa. This made me feel a bit dangerous. I had no way of knowing whether Villa's information security was sufficient and whether the credit card information would be stored. Risk of fraud.After trying two people's names, three different banks, and a total of four credit cards without success, the gentleman in charge of the reception helped get a wireless credit card machine and finally solved the payment problem.2. All-day security service3. The swimming pool is quite beautiful, suitable for taking photos and uploading to social software.This is my only low-star review in Bali. Even though I was dripped by air-conditioning water during my meal last night, and it got worse after changing the location, and my hair and food were dripped by coffee-colored sewage from the ceiling, which was suspected to be a kitchen fume exhaust pipe.
