Tiny room with thoughtful organized design . No swimming pool but has a great garden with lovely green plants. No breakfast included but still worth the money!

Nice little budget stay. Service was great and super friendly. They have a small cafe attached to it, great for breakfast or lunch. Super quiet as well. There may be some lizards around the area... But it's Thailand.

The place is well decorated, clean, and the staff provide good service. There is a lot of parking at the association. There is a dryer and iron provided as well. There is a coffee shop next to it, very good.

We loved everything about this place! It has really comfortable beds, ac, fridge, steaming iron, tea maker, umbrella, complementary water bottles (daily), hair drier, and the most friendly and kind staff in Chiang Mai. It has a beautiful garden and it's very close to the Sunday night market. We will forever recommend this place.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Sunday night market which is huge. very comfortable room, clean. Nice little bistro attached. Owner is super friendly and helpful, we visited in the off season so no problem checking in early. Would highly recommend.

Super cute hotel! It has everything you need, the rooms are really cute and the staff is super helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the Old Chiang Mai area.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days and it was good. The only complaint I have was the wifi was a bit spotty sometimes. Hosts are nice though and the place was quiet. Beds are comfortable. Room is a bit small but at this price point I think its somewhat normal.

This is a lovely looking hotel with a small, shady garden area. We had a ground floor room. The bed was enormous and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a fridge. The hotel provided welcome snacks and bottled water every day. …

A lovely quiet hotel , staff are kind, friendly and very helpful, enjoyed our stay! Would have liked to have sat in garden area, only a small bench, tho plenty of seats in reception area!

The room is very small. You can find a larger one at the same price. The windows on the first floor cannot be locked and can be opened by outsiders. If the toilet door is not closed, the septic tank smell will be obvious.

Nice place with good value for money!I spent only 1 night here, and it was fine. The room is really tiny, but really nice too and to be honest, it was the best bed in Thailand (I've been 7 times in Thailand already) :-). The walls are not really soundproof, which could be a problem... The bathroom was nice, new. The location is okay, at the edge of the old town. You can still hear the traffic from the main road, which is quite close.- There is a laundry some steps away and of course many massage and cafes in walking distance.

It was a very pleasant visit. I arrived early and they were quick to clean a room as soon as it became available so I could have. Room is comfortable with wooden floors. Very comfy bed. It is within walking distance to good coffee shops and eateries. Has a nice small, hidden grassy courtyard to view from room.

This Hotel was amazing. The perfect location for our stay in Chang Mai. We arrived very late in the night because our flight was canceled and the owner still wait for us for the check in.The room was perfect. New clean and nothing was broken. We loved the big bed and felt like at home. There been water and some snacks for our welcome.The owner couple is the best we had in Thailand. 🥳🥳 Always helpful and we also got a breakfast box because our check out was in the middle of the night to the airport and the owner did us not go hungry.We loved the Hotel, so that we booked a second stay after 9 days when we went back to Chang Mai.Parking is for free on the road infront of the house. The food in the small restaurant is also super tasty.Why can not be all Hotels been like this wunderful place on earth.

The room is beautiful, new, the bed, mattress, pillows, blankets are really great, clearly better than general standards. I slept very comfortably. The owner is very kind.
