The rooms are old but clean, the air conditioner is cool, the water is the strongest in Chiang Mai. Bathing is very fun. The hotel is in the city but is quiet and sleeps well.There is little parking. It is around the hotel building, on the roadside, there is no fence, there are CCTV cameras. If there's definitely not enough parking during the festival.

The room is good, but at night the sound of the water in the bathroom above is loud like a broken water pipe. Asleep, he was shocked and thought that the water would flood.The flow is loud like the faucet has been left open. It should be fixed... Employees talk loudly, do not keep looking, talk to customers like they are asking for a break, not very hospitable.

Good location, in an alley, not very deep. Parking space if every room is full is unlikely to be enough. Cheap price only 1000 With breakfast The sound of cars outside came into the room. Cleanliness still needs to be improved. The bedding has stains. The floor still has dust and hair. If anyone is serious about cleanliness...go ahead. No matter how many rooms you change, it's still the same.

This is a boutique hotel that is at the Northen area of old town city centre. I like it that it is a bit further from the city centre.There are two sides of the the building, the first night I stayed, it was very noisy as it was facing the main road. I then changed the room which was much nicer.The room is big enough with a balcony.The interior is very simple and nice, minimalism but with some Thai style.The staff are very nice and answered all the questions we had, including the facilities and local areas.The view is nice, I like the temple we were facing.The price is very reasonable.

Stayed in early January..67 Parking is convenient. Even though it's a bit off the road The receptionist is good. The rooms are clean and new, the bathrooms are clean, worthy of the price of 800 baht. I would like to lower the score for the only reason that the internet signal is not good. Overall ok..

The hotel is clean and new. Service is at international standards. Smiling staff, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, strong water, complete equipment. Convenient location enough parking Overall, it is considered very worth the price. About to stay for the 2nd time. Impressed with everything.

The place is mostly clean because it is new, which is unusual for this price bracket in Chiang Mai. Good value for money. Quiet location. The rooms have poor sound insulation - I could hear one neighbour's tv in detail, and the other neighbour's voice easily too. The pool is more like a paddling pool for kids and has a too-heavy chlorine smell. I didn't interact with staff except once. The location requires a motorbike or grab journeys everywhere. The hotel does breakfast, which would be the best option for ease unless you don't mind driving 5 mins to Nara bakery nearby.

Very nice, cheap hotel, close to the center. I don't recommend buying breakfasts because they are very mediocre and the bread can be moldy.
