The view from the open-air bath is pleasant. We didn't have any food this time, we had dinner at an Italian restaurant down the mountain, and breakfast at a bakery at the foot of the mountain...On a sunny day, the view is spectacular

There are more disappointing things, including the service, than when I stayed before. A few years ago, this hotel was recommended based on word of mouth, but I feel like the recent reviews are accurate. The open-air bath had a great view, but the water temperature was low and it was cold, probably because the boiler hadn't been fixed. I wonder if this time is the last time.

When my wife tried to use the kiosk, there was a sign in front of the kiosk that said, ``Please contact the front desk before using.'' When I asked the front desk, a chubby 40-year-old man wearing glasses, he laughed at me even though he didn't even look into it. However, he said, ``They're not working at this time,'' so when I told him about the notice, he grumbled, ``I wonder if anyone would be there,'' as if to make arrangements, as if it were just a throwaway line. I remember that the front desk man was very unfriendly and didn't give any explanation about the hotel at check-in. There's no way you can change the customer service at that age, so it would be better for the hotel if someone else, even younger, takes over. I'm very disappointed because the hotel cost is not cheap, so I think my impression would have been completely different if I had been treated by a more polite person.

The response from the front desk was a little disappointing. I was looking forward to the open-air bath, but due to a malfunction, I couldn't enter. It wasn't posted on the website in advance, and when I went there on the day, I found it posted at the entrance to the bath. Breakfast buffet and room were very good.If the weather had been sunny, I think the scenery would have been beautiful, but perhaps because of the fog, I couldn't see any scenery at all.

I stayed at this hotel while walking around Kirigamine, and it was the lowest-ranked hotel in a long time, which was extremely unpleasant. In the middle of the entrance, there is a center building where the front desk, restaurant, and men's and women's baths are concentrated, and the members-only Prominent Kurumayama and the Sky Park Hotel Kurumayama for general guests stand on either side.Is there any point in separating membership and general customers? ? ?The indoor baths in the public baths are not very spacious, and the open-air baths are designed to fit 4.5 people, so there is no room for relaxing. It's clearly over capacity.Immediately after arriving, I couldn't get into my room due to a problem with the lock, and the lock couldn't be fixed right away, so when I changed rooms, the room hadn't been cleaned yet, so I had to wait even longer.Doesn't this hotel always clean the rooms after each new guest? ? ?Normally, all rooms are fully equipped. It's impossible.Furthermore, when I was brushing my teeth at night, water leaked from the plumbing in the bathroom, and the floor was soaked with water, which left me stunned. The refrigerator is a small mini size, measuring 50 cm by 50 cm, and these days it has a door that you insert the key into the keyhole. . .In all respects, the facilities are old, and although they could have done as many renovations as they wanted during the coronavirus pandemic, the fact that many parts of the building are in disrepair means that this company cannot afford to invest in equipment.Put a foreigner at the front desk who can barely read Japanese and can't provide the minimum level of cordial service.I can already see the future of this hotel to some extent. The changing room in the women's public bath, the washroom, piles, piles, piles of hair. There was hair and other things floating in the bathtub, which made me feel uncomfortable. No matter how short-staffed we are, this place has to be cleaned first. To make matters worse, the temperature of the indoor bath was so extremely hot that I couldn't take a bath at all. However, the open-air bath outside was as lukewarm as a cold bath, so I had given up on complaining. I was shocked to the core. . .Apparently, from other people's reviews, it seems like it hasn't been well for a year now.The customer base was also low, with idiot parents and children chasing each other through the hallways and making a lot of noise.Well, I personally will never come back again, so I have no idea what will happen to this hotel.By the time we got to Prominent, it was pretty deserted on the way, so we had to do our best to survive.

・Despite the reservation being made for 4 people, slippers, bath towels, etc. were only prepared for 2 people, and even though I called the front desk for additional items, they didn't get refilled until I called again to remind them. What's more, the person who came to replenish the supplies was a foreigner who didn't say anything polite or even apologize.I got a complaint, but it was a pain, and I was angry because I thought they were thinking I should just let them go down there.・Most of the staff are Asian foreigners who cannot speak Japanese or honorifics. In addition, they have priority when walking in restaurants, so it is normal for them to be made to wait in the aisles or have a little contact with each other.I had the experience of having a foreign employee serve me at another hotel, but it was 100 times better there.・The old man who was in charge of the restaurant and looked like he was Japanese was also nervous and I felt very uncomfortable.・Good view but small public bath- You can hear a lot of noise from the hallway in the room.・The air conditioner in the room is not effective・Even though the large public bath was supposed to be open until 9:30 a.m., the hot water in the open-air bath was already drained before 8:30 a.m., and the open-air bath was cleaned from around 8:30, regardless of whether there were any customers. It was extremely unpleasant. It was good that the room had a coffee machine and a charger that could plug in many cords, and that I could see the fireworks display at Lake Shirakaba from my room, but the service was terrible. Most of the reviews on other sites that are highly rated are from a few years ago, and there are some recent reviews that say the quality has deteriorated compared to the past, so I think you should consider carefully before staying there. At least I didn't want to use it again.I also felt that the people around me were not very friendly.

I stayed there the other day.First of all, about what happened that wasn't good.・We arrived at the hotel before 3:30 pm, but there were already about 7 groups in line for the check-in person. I finished checking in around 16:00, and it was a shame that it took quite a while to check in at two counters.・When I went to my room after checking in, the floor was still being cleaned. When I arrived at the room, the cleaning was not completed and it took about 10 minutes to use the room. (This was the first time that the room was being cleaned after check-in.)・I used the pool, but there were many green algae growing in the grooves around the edge of the pool, and I was wondering if it was being cleaned. (The algae came off by rubbing it with your fingers)・We went to the venue for dinner (Western food) at the designated time of 6pm, but perhaps because there weren't enough people or the food wasn't ready, it was a bit of a rush until the menus were handed out and drinks were ordered. (There were some people sitting in front of us, but there were no menus or staff, so they were waiting for their menus to arrive.)・Part of the stone pavement leading to the open-air bath was broken and there were no thresholds, so I thought it was dangerous. On the other hand, what was good about it・The dinner food was delicious and there were a lot of options on the menu, so I was very satisfied.・As for the view from the hotel, the mountains looked beautiful and it was very nice.・Many of the staff members were foreigners, but they worked hard to accommodate us and we have no complaints. (Perhaps the problem is caused by a general lack of people?)・The room was clean and had good facilities such as a USB charger and coffee machine.

I stayed here without meals during a car trip.Located at an altitude of over 1,500m near Lake Shirakaba, you can enjoy clear air and views of the Southern Alps that you can't experience below, and at night, if the weather is good, you can see the stars clearly. From the window of the room, you could see Mt. Tateshina, Mt. Kitayokodake, and Lake Shirakaba. The hotel also serves as a wedding venue, and the facilities, including the rooms and bathrooms, are both splendid and well-maintained, so I was very satisfied. The next day, we went to Nagato Ranch, ate pizza, bought some souvenirs, and headed home. This area has a beautiful view of the Southern Alps, Northern Alps, and Mt. Asama, so it's a really nice place. Many of the workers seemed to be technical interns aiming to work in the hotel and tourism industries in their home countries, but they were able to converse in Japanese and were kind.I would like to use it on my next ski trip. It's a place rich in nature, so I think it would be a good idea to try out various projects that the whole family can enjoy together.Since it's close to a farm, I cook dishes using milk and meat. If you like bicycles, you can rent a road bike, or if you are not confident in your legs, you can rent an electric assist MTB and ride on the highlands. Astronomical observation club. It's a wonderful facility, so I'd like to strengthen its intangible aspects and make the most of it.Alternatively, inbound tourists tend to stay longer than Japanese people, so it might be a good idea.

This is a very clean and well-maintained hotel.I could see that the staff members were all very pleasant and worked hard. When I entered the hot spring, I forgot to bring my bath towel, so the lady at the front desk brought it to me.Sorry for being careless. it was very helpful. It's far from Osaka, but I'd like to come back soon.
