2024.10.15☁️/☔Used to take a break from apple farming. When I have time off from work, I pick leaves and pick things up. There is no rest at all. So, I definitely need a breather. It's been a while since I last visited Mr. Saikawa, and this time I had breakfast and dinner included.Since yesterday, I have been buying cheese from RYOKUSUIAN in Kuroishi City. I packed beer from George's Hideout in Hirosaki City and baked goods from Sebon in Aomori City to prepare for my overnight stay. It's great to take a hot spring before dinner, and after the farm work involved. It's a little hot today. It's great to go back and forth to Tsuboyu. Charcoal shampoo is still available, and Mr. Saikawa has amazing amenities. That said, my favorite is a bamboo toothbrush. I like the handle and the brush part.Dinner includes shabu-shabu, sashimi, and small side dishes. I was waiting for pickles, vinegared dishes, simmered dishes, salad, grilled fish, and fruit. As there was only about 2 cups of pot-fired kamameshi, I had plenty of it, even until it was burnt. 😋For alcoholic beverages, mix whiskey with hot water and plum wine from a highball. For plum wine, the Tsugaru cut glass made with Japanese sake is also great. The whole meal was delicious. 😊Now on to the real thing: RYOKUSUIAN's cheeses range from natural French cheese to beurre cheese, heart-shaped camembert, and beurre cheese, all of which are delicious. Then, George's dark beer 🍺 I can't get enough of the foam. Cheese is the best when swallowing down your throat. The cheese costs twice as much as it does at convenience stores, but it's delicious. It's a boule cheese, so it has a unique flavor. Sebon's Oreo muffins go well with beer. Now that I'm sober, I think I'll go to the hot springs before bed. 😚⚠️ *There is no convenience store nearby, so please buy before coming. There is water and hot water in the room, but we recommend bringing some with you. There is a Lawson on the national highway, and there are many supermarkets in Kuroishi city. The season of fun festivals is here, and I want to go there while staying overnight.⚠️Restrictions due to bears around Hakkoda and Sukayu Onsen have been completely lifted. It gets very crowded so be careful.2023.4.25-26This time, I went to Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, and Osaki City for the first time in a while on a solo trip to Chunichi.I always pass through Lake Towada when touring, but I found this to be the best inn in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture. This hot spring town has a truly deserted feel to it. I like this atmosphere. It's quiet and somewhat sad. It reminds me of the Oita Barley Shochu Nikaido commercial. Such places have delicious sake and snacks.I chose a plan that included breakfast for one night. The reason was that I had made a reservation at a nearby sushi restaurant starting at 5pm, so I guess the dinner here would be delicious as well.① The room is a small and clean room (there seem to be several types) with a TV, refrigerator (with a bottle of Kashiwagi Agricultural High School apple juice inside, refreshing and delicious), a safe, an extension phone, an air conditioner, and a stove. . There is also a cold water pot (with ice) and tea. Apparently you can get ice at the front desk. The futon was laid out from the beginning. I have a variety of yukata and tabi socks (this one, 👍).② What I feel here is 😲, a good fusion of young sensibilities and old inns. I was surprised by the old and modern equipment in the shared toilet. The flush system has an automatic lid. The walls are jungle-colored elephant wallpaper. The amenities at the hot springs were amazing, and I thought it was the sensibilities of the young proprietress. The particularity of the shampoo and conditioner may have something to do with the young proprietress' occupation (she was a hairdresser in New York).③In the hot springs, the top and bottom are alternated between men and women depending on the time of day. I take a bath as soon as I wake up, a second bath before bed, and a third bath after breakfast. You can come in as many times as you like before 10am, and it's open 24 hours a day. I think it's lukewarm around 42-43 degrees Celsius. I feel warm after taking a bath. The hot spring bathrooms at the top and bottom are designed differently. The pot bath is interesting, and it's better to warm up when you enter because there is water at the bottom. Basically, those staying overnight do not need bath utensils. (If you are a citizen of Aomori Prefecture, you carry it in your car)④The most surprising thing about my stay was the breakfast. A two-tiered box was placed in front of me, and I started with self-serve rice and miso soup (on this day, it was clam soup). Then, when you open the box, you'll find delicious small side dishes from Aomori prefecture (I won't talk about it, I just want you to enjoy it), which are nice for the morning. Fried eggs baked in a clay pot (they're quite delicious). And is the dessert homemade? Yogurt with blueberry jam. Everything was delicious.⑤Many of the customers other than me were from foreign countries. I was concerned about the thinness of the walls in the room, but the price, food, and hot springs were enough to make it worth it. (⚠️To close the room, press the switch on the doorknob inside. The key is only used to open the door. At first, I didn't understand and struggled in front of the door.)⑤There is one parking lot or parking space in front of the inn, two spaces across the road, and a large parking lot when you go up the side road of the inn.You can put your bike on the main stand (stand boards are available for rent). There doesn't seem to be any wheelchair space, and there are a lot of stairs (no elevators) in the facility, so you'll need a helper.I think it's best to park in front of the inn. We strongly recommend that you contact us.Next time, I'll definitely stay here. 😚(The number is just my personal opinion and I like the atmosphere of this inn.)
