A lovely historic hut located about an hour from Tsuboniwa Station on the Kita-Yatsugatake Ropeway.Especially the food was delicious. The cherry blossom meat sukiyaki for dinner and the miso-stewed mackerel for breakfast were exquisite. The rice cooked in the pressure cooker was also delicious.The owner and landlady of the hut were kind and cheerful, and I was able to spend a relaxing time with them.I also appreciated that he explained the latest weather forecast during breakfast (there is a Docomo signal, but it's weak).The building is old but kept clean.I would love to visit again (preferably in the winter).thank you very much!

I am re-registering because I no longer have any previous reviews.This is one of the top 5 huts in my trekking experience. I don't know what kind of experience he had in the past, but he said some hurtful words to a climber who was just taking a break. Once, when my child tried to buy a mountain badge, he got yelled at. During the winter, I create unnecessary and extra steps, and if I try to break it down even a little, I get angry. It's a shame that they put so much fun on hip sleds. It just so happens that it's not just one experience, but every time, so I've been ignoring the hut lately.The only good thing is the location.

However, I think there is a way to say it.Even though I told them from the beginning that I wasn't planning to go north of Kita-Yokodake, I don't know what they looked at when deciding, but I was told that if I didn't have the physical strength, I should never go north of Kita-Yokodake. But...I repeat, even though I said I wouldn't go from the beginning...By the way, I do both snowy mountains and ten-night trail runs, and I'm not particularly overweight. It is still unclear what caused him to say that he had no physical strength.
