The couple took care of me in many ways. There were so many dishes that I wondered if I could eat all of them. We were also served some rare seafood.

★4.0The sea urchin bowl was very delicious. However, there were a lot of horseflies, and it might have been a bit traumatic for them to get into the car. The road between Wakinozawa and Nodaira was closed, so it was very helpful to be shown an alternate route.

Continuing from last year, I stayed here again this year while on a bicycle trip. The purpose of the trip was to eat at this inn.The route was Aomori Ferry Terminal -> Kanita Ferry Terminal -> Wakinozawa Ferry Terminal -> Kawauchi -> Lake Kawauchi -> Fukuura District, but I wanted to come even if I had to climb more than 700m above sea level from Kawauchi! This is my second visit. For dinner, we had a sea urchin bowl with plenty of sea urchin, sashimi, and other dishes. The soup was cod sanpei soup and it was very delicious! I was very satisfied with the sea urchin in its shell. We'll definitely be planning a return visit next year. There was an air conditioner installed in the room (it wasn't installed last year), but unfortunately it wasn't working because the power supply work had not been completed. However, it was hot before the sun set, but after the sun set there was a cool breeze and I was able to sleep soundly. There is a store next door, so you can buy drinks and sweets, which is convenient. Please bring towels, toothbrushing kit, etc.1 night and 2 meals 7,000 yen

I'm writing this right now after dinner at my hotel! That’s right Sai! Expensive dinner! If I had eaten it in Aomori City or Asamushi, it would have cost 3,000 to 4,000 yen.The rice bowl, the sea urchin that had been alive until just a moment ago with its spines still moving, and 4 slices of delicious flounder sashimi and 2 slices of veranda, I don't know what it is. Three slices of sashimi like the most delicious inada I've ever had, a piece of octopus, some simmered meat, the biggest and freshest delicious Tsuboyaki I've ever had, and herring roe pickled in lees that's the perfect accompaniment to Japanese sake. We had a luxurious, fresh and delicious dinner that would have cost the 7,000 yen of accommodation. My room is a large old-fashioned private house, and I sleep in a room about 8 tatami mats in size with a TV attached. As other reviewers have said, there are customers who often take a detour when coming from the ferry or Mutsu City. When you come to the inn, pass Kawauchi Fureai Onsen, turn left after a few hundred meters, go towards the dam, and go to the roadside station Kawauchi Dam. After passing Lake Kawauchi, the proprietress of the inn said that instead of going to the Kaikyo Line at the crossroads with a blue sign above it, it would be easier to turn right towards Fukuura (Nuido Ishiyama). (Google Maps says that the Kaikyo Line is closer, but the road seems to be complicated. I think that would be better for sightseeing in Hotsugaura.)Toothbrushes and bath towels are not provided, so you must bring your own! If you want to take a hot spring bath, I think it would be better to go to the Kawauchi Fureai Onsen along the way or the hot spring in front of it!I think the view of the village is also very peaceful and relaxing. It is located close to Nuido Shokudo, a famous place for sea urchin bowls, less than a minute's drive away.

This inn is run by a family of fishermen. Since this is a fisherman's inn during the sea urchin fishing season, I was able to enjoy a gorgeous sea urchin bowl.Sai's sea urchin is very delicious. In the morning, when I went to the workshop to say hello on my way home, the owner gave me a live sea urchin that he was currently processing. How delicious is this? That's 7,000 yen for one night and two meals (surprise). I will go again.

During sea urchin season, Sai Village is the place to go. Fukuura has a tradition of Kabuki, and the owner of this inn is a samurai. We ate sea urchin bowl in an alcove decorated with Japanese swords. Now, regarding the road to Fukuura, I was told that the Asunaro Road was not recommended, so I went around Oma and returned via Nodaira - Roadside Station Kawachi, which I had learned about at the inn.The route from Nodaira to Roadside Station Kawachi is a good one and can take you to Mutsu City in 1 hour. From Fukuura to Nodaira, it is better to take the forest road via Jijiiwa climbing entrance instead of Route 338.

It was my first time staying there. It was a very quiet place and I was able to relax. For dinner, I was very satisfied with the heaping sea urchin bowl and delicious sashimi. It was so cool at night that I slept with the windows closed and my futon covered. Please bring your own bath towel and toothbrush. There is also shampoo.
