A private villa located within Akan-Mashu National Park. Apparently they renovated an old pension. You can have HARVIA's sauna, raw water bath, herbal bath, and Saga miso barrel open-air bath all to yourself.

Opening in Autumn 2022 Staying at TAPKOP, which is close to Hokkaido, Eastern Hokkaido, Teshikaga, and Lake Kussharo, was a wonderful experience. This is a house-style hotel where only one group can stay per day. From the wooden deck leading from the large living room, you can enjoy breathtaking views that spread out throughout your field of vision.Everything is wonderful, but the indoor bath, outdoor bath, sauna, cold bath... I liked it so much that I spent half a day in the bath.As I warmed up and went outside to cool off, a deer ran through the forest in front of me.The November nights are so hot that your breath turns white. I lit firewood in the fireplace, watched the flickering flames, and talked with my family until midnight.・Lots of free drinks (beer, juice, carbonated drinks, and farm milk are great after bathing)・Delicious Hokkaido ice cream・Towels, separate pajamas for top and bottom, and accommodation amenities are provided so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.・There is a Roryu sauna that you can make to your liking.・The interior is also the best・2 adults + elementary school studentsThere were two double beds placed side by side, so I felt at ease as they said that children who could sleep together were welcome.- There are also delicate artworks and a high-heat fireplace, so keep an eye on your little ones.I was also impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff. I arrived early, but he walked with me and guided me around the vast grounds. Just listening to the Ainu language and explanations of the scenery will deepen your attachment to the place you are staying. It was also nice to be able to go out in the middle of the night. In the silence of nature, in the darkness with no lights, I could even see the starry sky.Next time, I would like to stay overnight in the summer.

A private inn built in a snowy field as far as the eye can see. From the moment we entered, we had an experience that was unique and set us apart from other luxury accommodations. The sun sets early in winter, so we recommend checking in early to enjoy your room and the surrounding scenery as the sun gradually sets. The sauna where you can enjoy ro-ryu with water made by blending various herbs to your liking was also great. The sauna room is more than enough for two people, there is an air-conditioned rest room (there is a refrigerator separate from the one in the room, and a variety of soft drinks are available. There was also an original drink inspired by drift ice), an indoor bath, and an outdoor bath. With a very deep open-air bath made of miso barrels and bath chairs, it's a wonderful environment that you won't be able to fully enjoy. Both dinner and breakfast dishes were made with ingredients from eastern Hokkaido and were so delicious that I ended up eating way too much. It seems like the chef and staff use a lot of ingredients from their hometowns. I was also happy to be able to choose between Chinese porridge or white rice in the morning. In the evening, we had dinner, had a bonfire while drinking alcohol, and went out canoeing on Lake Kussharo early in the morning. When we got back, we took a sauna and had a leisurely breakfast. It's been a wonderful two days. No matter what luxury inn you stay in in the city, I don't think you will have such a wonderful time. thank you very much.

Snowy scenery, saunas, hot springs, and bonfires.A private villa where you can become one with nature in the ultimate space and service! There was a place to stay on the premises and a restaurant adjacent to it that was exclusively for guests. The accommodation has a sauna and a stylish open-air bath, which I enjoyed to my heart's content. We also have a menu that allows you to enjoy Hokkaido when it comes to food, which is essential for traveling.I was able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast to my heart's content in a private space! We also had a selection of Japanese wines to choose from, and all of them were perfect for the food!In addition, there are lakes and rivers in the area, where you can experience activities such as canoeing, and enjoy eastern Hokkaido to the fullest.

It’s natural luxury experience that my family enjoyed very much here for two nights. The first night weather was no so good though we stay in the house enjoy the private bath. Me and baby bath in the wooden cylinder face to the forest. We saw the deer group running in the forest while we were bathing. We are so surprised. And the dinner meal is Chinese modern cuisines using Hokkaido ingredients, the seasoning enriched with Sichuan pepper ,star anise, cumin surprisingly match the ingredients coordination. We have the Shark fin soups also , which this dish usually appear in authentic Chinese cuisine , chef made it with crab meat soup which was very special and delicious. After dinner , we were back to the house , and whole atmosphere changed.Candles lighted up with the fireplace , we feel very very warm .

I stayed there as a couple the other day. It was a great experience to have the vast grounds reserved for the two of us.To be honest, at first I thought it was a little expensive, but when I actually stayed there, I was surprised at how fulfilling it was and thought, ``Is this price worth it?''My favorite is the sauna, indoor bath, and open-air bath (large barrel) that you can reserve completely during your stay. The building was very nice with a stylish interior reminiscent of a European luxury lodge. The course meal prepared by a top chef in the annex was also very delicious. It was winter this time, so I want to come back in summer!

It's a wonderful facility. I think it's perfect for couples.Good points:The design of the room is perfectThere is a gymComplete set of sauna-related equipmentAfter playing in a canoe, you can go straight to your home and rest. All you can drink drinks etc.The food is also of a high standard. It's hard to stay in a facility with such attention to detail in the city, so this is highly recommended for a change of pace!
