I stayed there during the three-day weekend in February because I wanted to climb Mt. Yatsugatake. It's in a convenient location, very close to the ski slopes. As everyone's reviews said, the food was very delicious and I was impressed. The homemade bread in particular is so delicious that you'll want to eat it as much as you want. I don't think the facility is that new, but some of it has been renovated, and most of all, it was kept very clean and beautiful, probably because the wife did her daily cleaning. I would love to visit you again.

The scenery was beautiful and the food was delicious. The service, such as the wife's cooking, was quick and I enjoyed the food at a good pace. However, I would like a refrigerator in the guest room in the summer, and I feel that if the terrace seats in the guest room were designed so that you could not see the terrace next door, it would become a more popular resort hotel!

We stayed for one night at a pension, but not only did we enjoy the view, but the food was delicious. The large jet bath also relieved the fatigue of the trip and gave us a different experience from the hot springs. I'm really glad I came.

I used it on a weekend in February. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and everyone was happy, so it was worth taking them there.make wonderful memoriesthank you very much.If I have a chance, I would definitely like to go again.

I was surprised to see the response from the owner of the review.You say it was done to protect the staff due to the coronavirus pandemic, but was serving cold breakfast ham and eggs and bread to one group of customers meant to protect the staff?In that case, it would have been better to leave the unlimited drinks at the seat instead of having to carry them later.Is it possible to carry drinks but not hot meals?Also, was it the right thing to do not to wait 5 or 10 minutes for the evening course meal to be delivered? Was it a measure to cope with the coronavirus pandemic by bringing sorbet for dessert while the meat was being cooked? I seriously doubt it.In the end, I finished the full course meal in 35 minutes and went back to my room.Also, the lights in the back of the dining room except for the seats were turned off, making it uncomfortable.I replied that it would have been better if you had told me about various unpleasant things during your stay, but on the first day, there was only one staff member to deal with customers, and there were very basic things that I wanted you to realize, commonplace things. I couldn't say this because I would feel bad about it the next day if I complained to that person. It will make you even more uncomfortable.It seems like you don't understand from the reply...Regarding the smell in the toilet, I think it was caused by the child turning off the ventilation fan, but if it turned out to be such a terrible smell after turning it off, I think they should have given an explanation beforehand.I intended to properly comment on the good things and the bad things, but I felt like you didn't understand me at all.That's one word of regret.
