Very basic rooms and, unfortunately no central heating and only have portable kerosene heater that turn off every 3 hrs.Although it does include breakfast it is only 2 pieces of plain bread a very simple salad.Great location close lake Kushiro but lacked some local sharm, and over priced for off peak winter season.

A simple but very warm hotel, the hotel facilities pay attention to barrier-free and family-friendly. The room is of medium size, with enough space for two luggages. The hotel is located near Lake Mashu, which is very suitable for tourists who don't want to go back and forth between Akan and Mashu. It is only a 5-minute drive to the town, making it very convenient to buy food.

The former home should be a nursing home, and as soon as you enter, you can feel the barrier-free spaces and facilities. I think people who can accept it can enjoy the advantages of this accommodation.Advantages: Large space, good bed (especially the electric bed😂). The toilet is spacious and the bathtub is big enough. There is not much entertainment in the public space but it is still very comfortable. It is very close to downtown Teshikaga and Lake Mashu by car. It is very suitable for people who want to watch the stars at night or the sea of clouds in the morning. The breakfast is simple and delicious, and the portion is just right. It’s also great to leave a little more appetite for other local delicacies. Parking spaces are free. The front desk is very nice.Disadvantages: It’s just a nursing home. People who feel psychologically uncomfortable should decide on their own.Personally very satisfied!

It is not on the lakeside like the accommodations near Lake Kussharo or Lake Akan, but it is located in a quiet and clear mountain.A mid-sized supermarket and a 24-hour convenience store are a 3-minute drive away.It appears to have been made by remodeling a nursing hospital (inferred from the wall handles and door opening methods in the hallway and bathroom). That is both an advantage and a disadvantage. It was very neatly remodeled, and the twin room for two is about twice the size of a business hotel room, and the private toilet and bathroom are also quite large. The hot water worked well and the heating was under floor heating, but I sleep with a hot pack on so I don't know the heating performance;;The staff are also very friendly. I was very satisfied considering the price. (I made a reservation for 140,000 won, and at the time, many other accommodations were in the 300,000 to 500,000 won range.)The downside was that it was a nursing hospital, so my parents, who were in their late 60s and went with me, were a little scared(?). However, if your parents are in their 80s or so, the handles in the bathtub and hallway may be quite helpful.Other than that part, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I was not envious of other accommodations that were three times the price.

Large, clean and comfortable rooms with spacious toilets too. Convenient location if you driveLiked:If you're tired of small Japanese-style rooms, and they're very small toilets, then you're gonna love Rera Mashu. The room we had was a very spacious, Western-style room. The toilet was spacious and with separate dry area, shower area and also hot soaking tub.Plus: you can wear your shoes all the way into your room - no need to change into indoor slippers and the main entrance. Very convenient if you keep going in and out.Disliked:The included breakfast is very light. It comprises: a salad, a glass of very tasty Hokkaido milk and slices of white bread which you can toast.I wouldn't call this a full breakfast. It's more like a like Continental European breakfast. So we would buy items from 7-Eleven the night below and then hv them for breakfast (there's a microwave available for your use)

a perfectly nice, clean and friendly Inn. it has the basics only but that's quite enough for spending the night. a simple but sufficient breakfast with a very friendly host was included. the place seems to have been a hospital or something similar before so it is absolutely barrier free. 🙂👍

In all my travels, be it domestic or international, this's one of the best lodging I came across. It's so clean and the rooms are considered spacious and comfortable by Japanese standard.  …
