At first, I was surprised just by looking at the exterior, but the rooms were well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. Of course, the hot springs are not the only feature, but the friendly hosts and comfortable accommodations are the charm of Japanese ryokans...

It was an inn that left me with a memory of ``There was just so much dinner!''It may be more like a guest house than an inn. Therefore, although it is recommended for families due to its personality, it is probably not suitable for couples. (I think couples who like guesthouses will be satisfied in the first place).Personally, I was very satisfied with the accommodation, as the accommodation rates were reasonable and the rooms were clean compared to other hotels.I would like to use it again when I travel to Shizuoka.

The food is delicious and the staff are friendlyI had a great time. I think I want to go again. This is what I wore in the morning as opposed to a yukata.

The room was clean and beautiful. The electricity in the toilet was out and it wouldn't turn on.In the morning there was no water because it was frozen.I used a trash can to flush out the water. The people at the inn knew it was going to freeze. The food was delicious, but it was really disappointing.

The rooms are old, but the food is delicious and very plentiful. The staff at the inn were also easy to deal with and I was satisfied.

I used it because it had good reviews on a certain reservation site.Outside is a battered light car that has been turned into a storage room. The toilet is Japanese style. The Western-style room near the bathroom has an open ceiling that connects the men and women, so you can hear all the sounds. There is one household refrigerator with a character sticker pasted in the hallway. In particular, I was so worried about the toilet that I couldn't take it easy. The landlady was nice, but the female employees forced us to have dinner earlier.

There's a great atmosphere and sense of security that makes you feel like you're at your grandma's house, and of course the hot springs will make your skin feel smooth and warm. I took 8 baths in 2 nights. I only ordered meals in the morning, but the food was delicious, the variety was good, and the portions were perfect. Thank you for accommodating my allergies. It's not stylish and the facilities are inferior to business hotels, but the level of satisfaction was incomparable and it was the best inn.

Dinner was extremely delicious. However, the rest was miserable.Because they are offering delicious food,It goes without saying that we need to polish what shines, but we also need to provide basic services without cutting corners.tragic event① The key to the public bath is broken, and if you lock it, you will be locked in. Trapped...Escape through the window...②The toilet in Hagi no Ma does not flush (the inn was aware of this)③ Despite the source temperature being 17.1℃, the heating temperature was too high and I couldn't even get to my shoulders and it was like a footbath④There is no electricity in the toilet.⑤There are no tea leaves in the teapot for breakfast tea...It is unacceptable to leave things that can be dealt with immediately. If you leave things unattended until you are told to do so, you are disqualified as a manager. If you want to preserve Kurama Onsen for future generations, please make improvements as soon as possible. The part-time lady was someone I couldn't hate, but the management didn't seem to be offended and felt sorry for the part-time lady.≪Evaluation≫Rice ★★★★☆Room ★☆☆☆☆Hot spring ★☆☆☆☆Cleanliness ★★★★☆
