It was my first time, but I stayed for two nights. I researched it online and decided on it based on the reviews and reputation. It was correct! The location surrounded by nature and the hospitality of the host and landlady! This time, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom in the Japanese garden that could be seen from the guest room! Anyway the food was great. It was a course meal, and from the beginning to the end, it looked and tasted great, and there was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, so I really enjoyed it! This is a homely inn where you can enjoy the four seasons, enjoy food, and enjoy conversation! The building itself is by no means new, but every inch of it has been well-maintained, and you can clearly see the love that the owner and landlady have for the inn. This time I was alone, but I promised to come back next time with my family. I really recommend it!

In the latter half of November, my family and I took our two young daughters with us.I was surprised at how spacious and clean the room was.I stayed for two nights, and I could feel the chef's skill and passion for food in every dish. That passion was evident in the way the young proprietress and employees treated her.I was impressed not only by the delicious fish and meat, but also by the richness and crunch of the local vegetables. There are many variations of sake and shochu, making it irresistible for alcohol lovers. My wife is also happy that she has become even more fond of sake.I bought it as a souvenir.Since then, we have drinks every night talking about Hogetsuso.Hogetsuso's homely and heartfelt service makes our kids want to go again even more than we do! That's what I'm saying.thank you very much.I will also go to Hogetsuso Minamisoma from Tokyo in other seasons.

It's been a while since the coronavirus pandemic. The food was carefully prepared and the Japanese sake was delicious. Also, the breakfast includes a bowl of steamed egg custard, hot yuba tofu, and lots of side dishes, so I end up having to order more.

The building itself seemed old overall.Facilities may be a little inconvenient.But...! !The food prepared by the owner (head chef) here is one of the best I've ever eaten...no, it's the best. A cooking method that makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients themselves. If you say so, it's Japanese-style French! The seasoning is gentle and heartwarming.I usually think breakfast at all inns is the same, but when I saw the evening meal, my expectations skyrocketed. The next morning I was betrayed in a good way...It looks pretty normal and doesn't have much volume. .Isn't it the ultimate breakfast? It's as delicious as you think. I don't think there are many places that can offer this kind of food. The staff's response was warm and nice. The tone and atmosphere of the male staff who helped me was also 👍! They spoke to me kindly and I enjoyed the conversation!Since I used it in the winter, the outside view was a bit lonely, but I thought it would be a wonderful view from spring to fall. The season has changed again! I would love to visit you during the warmer months!

20,000 points out of 100! ! !I didn't know what time it would be so I told them I would be there in about 30 minutes, so I arrived around 7pm, but everyone greeted me with smiles and I was served dinner right away.Regarding the food, I heard from a relative that it would be a full course Japanese-style French meal, so my expectations were high. The food that came out was a bliss far beyond that. They serve seasonal items depending on the season, so I've decided to call them first the next time I come to Fukushima. Not only dinner, but I thought the breakfast looked normal, but...the taste was strange in a good way. Soy milk boiled tofu? Why is it so mellow? What's going on with the soup stock? ? Miso soup with clams? No, how could it be done so easily? . . It's not that, it's a light but well-rounded flavor. The tamagoyaki and salmon taste so beautiful...I want to write more about it, but it's getting too long, so I'll leave it here. . I'm sure even those with a discerning palate will be satisfied. The food at the ryokan is delicious, but it's definitely on a different level.

Thank you for your help for the first time in 3 years.Anyway, the food is delicious! There are many excellent dishes that show the owner's commitment, including the most delicious hotpot made with beef tendon I've ever eaten. The building is historic but kept clean. In terms of access, it's a place I wouldn't normally go to, but the food and hospitality have made me a fan. This is a highly recommended inn!
