Although it says that pets are allowed, pets are not allowed. Pets are also important family members. Even though it says on the homepage, when I called to confirm, it said that cats are not allowed! Cats scratch! Even dogs will scratch it! That's a prejudiced and discriminatory remark! If you wish for an inn like this, you're a fool! Cats are also important family members! Shit!

First stay on a ski trip. A precious pet-friendly accommodation in Nozawa. It's next to Matsuba no Yu ♨️, and it's in the middle of Nozawa, so you can walk anywhere and it's convenient. For dinner 🌃🍴, I was very satisfied with the typical Nagano menu such as horse sashimi and rainbow trout. The indoor bath was out of order, so I gave it a minus of 1 star. We hope to see you again next year.

I stayed here for skiing.The building was made of solid steel, so it was safe even during an earthquake.There is a toilet in the room, but I was disappointed that it did not have a washlet.The building and rooms are old and clean.Service is minimal.There is no communication, but I think it's good for people who want to be left alone.I chose this inn because it allows pets and is located in a hot spring town, but you have to walk uphill for about 10 minutes with board shoes to get to the ski resort, which seems to be the norm at Nozawa Onsen.The road to the inn was narrow and it was difficult to separate, but this seems to be normal at Nozawa Onsen.I didn't have high expectations for the food since the room rate was cheap, but it was more than I expected.

I visited with 1 person + 1 dog. The room was small, but it was just right for one person, and the white rice was very delicious, as if it was homemade by my mother. The bath was nice and warm, and Matsuba no Yu is about a 10-second walk away, so the location was very good. The reason I got 4 stars for the service is that I couldn't use credit cards, although it seemed to be available on Saturdays and Sundays. But I want to go again.

WiFi is fast❗Staying with a dog🐶We don't have any special products for dogs, but the room was clean and our bee 🐶 odor check was cleared ❓🤣Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the dining room, so I put them in a crate and leave them at home.Hachi 🐶 was a lonely boy and started barking a bit, but he was warmly treated by both the guests and the people at the inn. I'm sorry m(_ _)mFor dinner, the white rice was delicious and I had three refills even though I was beyond disappointed.I will stay again❗It would be nice to have a washlet if possible 😊

I used it in the summer of August.The landlady was a very personable and warm person.We had two meals, breakfast and dinner, and they were very delicious. Thank you for adding more rice, since I eat a lot of white rice.It was true that the bath was out of order and I couldn't use it, but since I was only a 1-second walk away from the public bath, Matsuba no Yu, it didn't matter to me since I was visiting Nozawa Onsen's public bath.The happiness of staying overnight, and the satisfaction of meeting a variety of people there, are not just the novelty of the facility.I definitely felt satisfied enough to want to come back here again.Please take care of yourself and do your best at work.We would like to use you again.thank you very much.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights! I'm glad I stayed here because the grandmother was very kind and helpful.There is Matsuba no Yu nearby, and you can go to it right away. If you buy raw eggs and bring them to Matsuba no Yu, you can make hot spring eggs while you are taking a bath!If you are a woman, you may be worried about whether there is a bath where you can wash your hair, but there is a hot spring with a shower called ``Furusato no Yu'' about a 5 minute walk away, so you can wash your hair and body in that bath. You can wash it without worrying about it. There's also a nice cafe called SHIRO nearby, where you can quietly drink coffee.We had lunch at Sasaya in the morning and went out to eat at night. The breakfast was delicious and they also served coffee.When I go to Nozawa Onsen again, I would like to stay at Sasaya-san. thank you very much*

The heating in the room was broken, and the boiler in the bathroom was broken, and they never informed us of this, and it was only when we heard from them that they said, ``That's right.''It's not worth talking about. I haven't eaten the food yet, but even if the food was really delicious, it's not worth staying there.You can even hear the sound of the door next door opening.I thought it would be okay to stay for 1,500 yen, but it's not a place for humans to stay.I'd rather stay the night if you give me the money.That's the level.
