A business hotel with a Showa feel. On the other hand, perhaps because the design is older, the rooms are more spacious than modern business hotels. There are also manga inside the building, so you can read them freely. Although I didn't use it this time, there are restaurants inside the building and on the grounds. In addition, credit card payment and PayPay can be used.

I used the cafe attached to the hotel. The coffee is delicious, but the bolognese pasta I ordered tasted and looked like a hamburger steak with finely chopped demi-glace sauce mixed with pasta, so I can't recommend it enough.

There was a pub next door and a shopping center nearby, which was convenient. The lighting in the room was a little dark.

It's convenient if you drive along the national highway, and you can eat nearby, but the convenience store is a little far away, so it's best to buy food in advance.

Old hotel. For dinner, we will have a set meal at a popular izakaya next door. Fried sashimi is delicious. In the morning, there is a buffet at a coffee shop, but there are not many types. While I was parked, I was hit by the door of a light car next to me. Bad manners. The room is large. TV is small.

Stayed in March 2024.The location is close to Echizen Takefu Shinkansen station, but it is not within walking distance. I took a taxi from the station, but it cost 920 yen.The person at the front desk told me that a shuttle bus connecting the Shinkansen station and Takefu station on the conventional line has started operating, and if you take it from the Shinkansen station, you can get off in front of the hotel entrance. The fare is 500 yen, and you can also use transportation ICs.However, as there is only one train per hour, this hotel is not recommended for train users.Buses going from the hotel to the Shinkansen station, or buses going from the conventional line station to the hotel, need to cross the stairs and head to the sidewalk on the other side.Breakfast is a fusion of Japanese and Western plates, with free refills of rice, miso soup, bread, and a drink bar.The Manga Cafe, which also serves as a breakfast venue, has quite a large number of seats, so I think it would be fine for families. The building seems old, but the interior of the room was clean and the staff were friendly, so I was left with a good impression.

The mahjong room is used. That's the only way I've ever used it.No mosquitoes, no problems. If possible, it would be nice to have the same level of service as a mahjongso.

There is an automatic mahjong table, so every year at the beginning of the year we celebrate with food and sake at the Tontonbyoshi restaurant next door, and then we have fun together.
