I've been refraining from writing a review because it's the inn I've stayed at the most on my home slope, but it might not be suitable for people with a lot of money or people who like après-ski, but it's a good inn, so I'd like to introduce it.In order to enjoy the vast Shiga Kogen ski resort, choosing the location of your accommodation is also important. The answer will probably change depending on your skiing/boarding level, member composition, and purpose. This inn is geographically convenient, as it is located at Takamagahara Ski Resort in the middle of Shiga Kogen, where you can ski to ski resorts other than Kuma-no-Yu and Mt. Yokote and return skiing back. The pricing is reasonable, and the building was designed in a time when all you had to do was ski the old-fashioned skis that are common in Shiga Kogen, so you can say it's standard. The only difference is that unlike inns with major tourist attractions where there are many people who live in inns that are set at an angle, the inns are kind and make you feel at ease.I don't particularly want to praise the taste of typical buffet breakfasts and dinners, but each time there are items that make me feel a bit of a conscience, and I think there are probably a lot of idiots who make their own food in-house rather than just outsourcing it. Will there be wild vegetable tempura or a service menu at the end of April 2024 when the number of customers has decreased? There were a lot of items and it was delicious. The building, which has been damaged due to the cold climate, seems to be repaired little by little every year, and there is no problem with its cleanliness. The large hot spring bath is colorless and has almost no scent, but the way it warms up and the smooth feeling on your skin is unmistakable and will make you want to soak in it at night, in the morning, and even after checking out. I think there are enough showers. The previously complicated underground space is now connected from the ski lockers to the baths, so even those seeing it for the first time are no longer confused.I'm still grateful for the opportunity to use it,I would like to be able to drink delicious coffee (convenience store quality is fine) for a fee. I also wish they would install a sauna and a cold water bath.

I used it for skiing from February 1st to 3rd. I was very satisfied with the room, hot springs, food, and cost, but what was even better was the service of the hotel staff. I reported that I had forgotten my ski gloves, and at first I was told that they were missing, but the hotel staff asked me about it, and as a result, they found them at the hotel and I returned home. This is a reliable hotel.

The inn that I stay at every year is undeniably old, but it has been renovated every year and is clean. Best of all, the staff are kind. The meals are well thought out and satisfying. It's conveniently located right in front of the Takamagahara ski slope, and since it's in the center of the Shiga Kogen ski resort, you can enjoy the various ski slopes from the inn by taking lifts. The quality of the snow is excellent, the food on the slopes is delicious, the scenery is nice, and it's easy to wait for the lift. There is no.This inn is highly recommended for skiing.

The inside of the hotel is kept well-maintained and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The best part is the hot springs at this inn. It has a reputation for being effective against muscle pain. After enjoying skiing, I was able to reap the benefits of skiing.

It feels old. Perhaps because it is aimed at students, it feels inconvenient for general use.The front desk service was good.I'm grateful that it's right across the road when I go skiing. I think it's very good for day use.

The ski slope is right in front of you. The hotel is old and looks like a maze, so you can get lost until you get used to it. There is only one elevator, so there are basically stairs. The large public bath has a cave bath. The staff in the dining room and in the room maintenance are all very kind.
