First of all, I think it's a hotel that you either love or hate. This is a hotel that was probably built over 40 years ago and was once closed, but has been re-opened with the bare minimum of renovations, such as the rooms and the front area.As a result, the ceiling height of the floor is low, the unit bath in the room is too old, the TV is not even 21 inches, the soundproofing is poor, and there is no automatic lock.On the other hand, the employees are very friendly, the hot springs are simple but relaxing, it's only a few minutes walk from the station, it's easily accessible, and the price is modest, so for those who appreciate these things, it's good value for money. It is not recommended for people who are going on a hot spring trip for the first time in several years, but it is recommended for people who have other purposes and accommodation is not a high priority.

I come here every year to snowboard, but this was my first time staying here. The building itself is old, but the lobby has been renovated and is beautiful.I gave it 4 stars because the hot springs fed directly from the source and the food were delicious! It's not the kind of food you'd find at a first-class hotel, but home-cooked food, but there's a lot of variety, and above all, it's full of flavor.Although it's a little higher than the average price around here, I think it's the best value for money!Even my son, who is a third year junior high school student and is a picky eater, said it was delicious and ate it all.The Nepali staff also speak good Japanese and are kind.It would be cold if there was no heater installed in the changing room, so I would like to see this improved!I will go again!

Although it is old, it is a nice inn that is close to the station and has a large public bath. The rooftop is open from noon until evening, so you can take photos or relax. In the evening, they also have Yonai Soba so you don't have to worry about getting hungry.Vending machines were located outside the first floor near the smoking area and in the public bath.

Although the room was a bit outdated, it was much bigger than expected and even came with a bath. The service is great: our luggage that we checked in earlier was brought to our room and they offered free soba at night. The breakfast also was a great surprise for the price that we payed for it.All round great place to stay.

Fair quality hotel. Small and not much service provided. We cannot even get more pillows from the hotel. We paid a high price during the holidays and felt disappointed.

For some reason, they have outdoor goods on display, and there's also coffee and a restaurant. It's a little more expensive than surrounding hotels, but it feels classy. Above all, the quality of the hot spring water is good. The open-air bath has just the right temperature so you can stay in it for a long time. For dinner, I chose Genghis Khan. The apple sauce is delicious. Both the lamb and mutton were tender and there was so much meat that I couldn't finish it all, so I was very satisfied. Genghis Khan is said to be limited edition, but it's highly recommended. You can also camp on the lawn in the hotel's garden, so I'd like to use that someday.
