The owner, landlady, and staff all provide kind and courteous customer service. It was Culture Day and the public was on a three-day holiday, so I telephoned various inns and hotels in Kinosaki Onsen to find out that they were fully booked, but by chance Seirantei was the only room available and I was able to stay there. The parking lot there was full, but I heard from customers at the public bath that people who couldn't make reservations for accommodation were staying in their cars. The nearby ropeway also had a special service, so there were a lot of people there.I wasn't able to eat the food because I was staying without meals, but I would like to try it next time! There were a lot of stink bugs in the Kinosaki Onsen town, including other areas, and there were some in my room, but I was grateful that I could call the front desk and they would come and pick them up! !

The inn is prettier on the inside than it looks from the outside. The food is delicious. The staff are also very nice.

○TransferThere is a distance from the inn to each hot spring facility, but if you let us know at the front desk, a free shuttle will be provided to pick you up.Both the driver and the front desk staff have good customer service. When returning to the inn from each hot spring facility, a courtesy car leaves from Tsutaya Main Building.○Cooking(Dinner)The crab dish is quite large. You can enjoy a variety of dishes such as crab sashimi, tempura, and shabu-shabu.However, when it comes to shabu-shabu, it seems that overcooking is not a good thing, and we have often heard this pointed out.(Breakfast)It was a Japanese dish with grilled flounder as the main dish.Refills of rice are free. You can also enjoy free (self-serve) coffee after your meal.○RoomIt was a nice room with a view of the garden from the window.I am very satisfied with the spaciousness. As for the toilet, it was also clean.○OverallIt was a nice, old-fashioned inn. However, it may not be suitable for those who want to eat slowly.(The person serving the meal had good intentions and gave me various opinions, but I wanted to enjoy the meal at my own pace.)

Although it is far from the station, they provided a shuttle to go to the public bath. The people at the inn were also kind and comfortable.

You can enjoy plenty of crab dishes in your room, so you can relax even with children!I was very grateful that you could take me by bus when I went shopping. The building itself is an old building, so if you are looking for a clean interior, I cannot recommend it.

When I asked the waiter how to tell when the crab hotpot was ready, he told me, ``This crab is not good enough to be eaten raw, so please cook it properly,'' which turned me off from enjoying the dish. I was so surprised that I couldn't taste it for a while.I wonder if he was saying that because he asked for accommodation on a cheaper course at the last minute. The food was delayed, the child was told that there was a charge for the child's yukata, and the door and sliding door of the room were left open in the cold wind. I was surprised. The Nakai seems to be inexperienced, but when I asked him about it, he told me that there was only one Nakai there today. It seems that the inexperienced Nakai is alone during the crab season holidays. The next day, my boss apologized to me, but along with the apology, he gave me a specialty item like an amulet. I don't think you should use a lucky charm from a shrine as an apology item...it's too rude.It had a nice atmosphere though. There was mold in the bath though. It was too disappointing. I wanted to enjoy it more.Every trip is a memory that will last a lifetime, so we want you to provide the kind of customer service that would make a great literary figure cry.
