The loveliest hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan so far! This family-run hotel made us feel right at home, and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more during our one night stay. Very comfortable and stylish accommodation close to some incredible hot springs. Looking forward to coming back!!!

Lovely family-run ryokan in Kinosaki Onsen. The room was beautiful and clean, and the futons were very comfortable. We loved every moment of our stay here. The food was delicious and expertly prepared. The service by the owner and his family was warm, welcoming, and top-notch. So many in-house amenities and access to all the onsen facilities in town. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Kinosaki. Thank you!

Our 2-day stay at Tsuchiya Ryokan was absolutely amazing. It's a family-run hotel, and the staff is so incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond in all ways possible. We also got an Onsen pass to visit all the 7 Onsen in the town. The food is fantastic, and I would definitely stay here during my next visit to Kinosaki.

We stayed at Tsuchiya Ryokan for two nights and had an amazing experience. We were welcomed by the owner, his wife and his mother, who were incredibly kind and provided us with perfect service. The dinners in our room were delicious and more than filling. The Onsen pass included allowed us to visit all seven Onsen and take in the beauty of Kinosaki Onsen.

The service is very, very good, the boss is super hard-working, and all the employees have a very good service attitude and are very warm and welcoming. After taking pictures in their cafe, the boss also developed the photos, framed them and gave them to us. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely visit again!

The food was very delicious, but the service...Trying to serve a pickle that had been dropped on the tatami in front of me (I told my friend I would replace it with mine, but he asked me if I could bring him a new one) , Spilled ponzu sauce on the tatami mat...I was uncomfortable because it seemed like this was a young customer so it was okay. I am a guest who pays the same price as the others and respects the manners of staying at the accommodation...
