There are various reviews, but I was very satisfied with the inn.I visited Golden Week on a family trip of four.I was the only one who had to check in later due to work commitments, so I asked if I could save some dinner and have it later, and they kindly accepted.Other employees went home. Even though the person on duty was alone at the front desk, he went into the kitchen to prepare dinner for the family who arrived late.I was served a hot dinner late in the day, and my family was also present, making it a heartwarming time. The bath is certainly not a large bath, but it is enough to soak in and heal your tiredness. For dinner and breakfast, they included local ingredients on the menu, and I enjoyed the rare and delicious dishes, which became one of the fond memories of my trip. This is a ryokan that I would like to stay at again when I go to Korankei.

I was curious about past reviews, but my family of 4 stayed here. When I asked about it, I was told that the owner of the inn had changed. The service was good and I had a very comfortable stay.

Visited for the first time with my kids during Golden Week. This is an inn right next to the Tomoe River. I booked a room facing the window, so when I opened the window I could see the river flow. The fresh green mountains also give you a lot of energy unlike the autumn leaves season 😄 The food was delicious, mainly river fish! Comparing three types of sake, it's the best. It comes with candied sweetfish and the delicacy hebo. The bath was not large, but it relieved my fatigue. Not having a bath or toilet in the room was a negative for the children, but it was a good value for money and the food was delicious, so it was a good experience 🎵

There was a coffee and toast set posted at the entrance for 300 yen, so when I ordered it, I was told that it was a morning meal and that I couldn't get it at this time. I didn't see anything written like that (time limit or morning only) anywhere.Furthermore, when I handed over my smartphone's barcode screen to make a payment using RPay, the customer grumpily said, ``The amount isn't displayed,'' in an angry manner. I had to scan the QR code with my smartphone instead of showing the barcode, but I don't think they would get angry. Normally it would be "Please scan this QR". Did he have a root cause for Morning (I told him he didn't write about that)?Even though it's a hotel, the customer service is unbelievably bad.
