I visited in November of the following month after enjoying a three-night, four-day trip to Naruko Onsen, Ginzan Onsen, and Hijiori Onsen in October of last year.I was able to relax in a quiet inn.

I think there are only 3 rooms open now. There are 1 open-air bath and 2 indoor baths, so you can take your time and take your time without worrying. The washing area in the indoor bath is small, so it's good if your main purpose is to take a bath.

Best cost performance accommodationIt is run by an elderly couple, so some consideration is required. The hot springs are wonderful, but we recommend bringing your own shampoo etc.

2023.11.03 Visited with my junior high school son.We received matcha and tanrei raw tea as a welcome service, and my son received matcha and juice.Bottled beer and juice were served at dinner.Dinner was served in the room and was quite luxurious and delicious, with kabosu yellowtail sashimi, beef shabu, yakiniku made from precious parts of Oita beef, small side dishes, soup, chawanmushi, fruit, salad, and pickles.Breakfast also had a wide variety of side dishes, and the rice was served in ohitsu. The open-air bath was only used by family members, and it had a nice atmosphere, was well-cleaned, and the hot water was just right for me.The building is old and the soundproofing is not as good as a hotel, but it's at a level that doesn't bother me.Every corner of the building is thoroughly cleaned. The toilet is shared, but since there are several groups of customers, it is kept clean without any problems. There is no free Wi-Fi, but I was able to connect to Docomo.Anyway, it's quiet and relaxing.Best of all, the meal, service, and comfortable open-air bath were cheap at 26,700 yen for two people.

I stayed here as part of my trip to rediscover Oita. The price was 21,120 yen after discount for one night and two meals included. The Bungo beef shabu-shabu and teppanyaki for dinner were of good quality and very delicious. There were a lot of small bowls and I was full. Also, I was very happy to receive a free drink after the bath and a bottle of beer with dinner. There were 1 outdoor bath and 2 indoor baths, all of which were reserved for private use, but there were only 3 groups of guests, so we didn't have to wait. I stayed to see the fireflies, and although it was still early in the season and the fireflies weren't in full swing, I was happy to be able to see them. The bottom of the open-air bath was slippery and I felt a little uncomfortable, so I gave it one star. (The indoor bath was fine)

The food and customer service were good for the price, but I didn't feel comfortable because there was no toilet in the room.I probably won't stay there again.

A small inn located up the slope of an atmospheric hot spring inn town. The parking lot and entrance are on the lower level, so it's nice and isolated. There are two private open-air baths and two indoor baths inside the building, and there can be a maximum of 6 groups of guests, so there is plenty of time to take turns bathing.I chose the fish shabu-shabu course.Lots of fish and meat. It was a meal of careful work that was pleasing to the eye.It seems like you'll be able to bring your own food and drinks (there's a refrigerator in the room), so I think it's a good idea to buy whatever drinks you like.Breakfast comes with coffee too~It's an old-fashioned building with some creaks, but since it's an adults-only inn, it didn't bother me at all.It seemed to be a sister-brother-in-law family, and the hostess was kind and polite, but had a refreshing feel.

At the end of the year, I hurriedly searched for a cheap place on Rakuten Travel that included food, and the reviews were good, so I stayed there. It's a little hard to find because it's not facing the road, but if you drive down the narrow downhill slope where the inn's signboard is, you'll find it.As the reviews say, the food is very filling! Two meat mains: pork shabu and Bungo beef!I was too full to eat both morning and night. All baths were reserved for private use, 2 indoor baths and 1 outdoor bath.I definitely want a shower because it seems like it freezes and there is no one installed! Be careful if you say so.It is said that if the sky is clear, the stars can be seen very beautifully. (It was raining lightly that day...)The couple's customer service is refreshing, attentive, and comfortable. The smell of the kerosene fan heater as soon as I entered gave me a nostalgic feeling, and the inn felt warm and reminiscent of my grandmother's home.
