We arrived at 7pm only to find our room wasn't ready, forcing us to wait 20 minutes while exhausted. Later, after spending the day exploring, we returned at 10pm to find our room door left open! When we reported it, the lobby staff casually mentioned that housekeeping must have forgotten to close it. Leaving our door wide open with valuables and jewelry inside is unacceptable and feels very disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're concerned about safety.

Here are the reviews you want:---I stayed at APA Hotel Onarimon.I had something to do in Chiba after I had something to do in Shinbashi, so I was able to keep my luggage there for two days, which was very helpful. Luggage management is a system that uses QR codes, which was convenient, but it may be a little difficult to operate, so I think elderly people will need support from the staff. In fact, the staff were very kind and provided solid support.There were few sofas in the waiting area around the front desk, so it felt a little cramped during busy hours. Also, since I stayed with the plan to write a review, I received a curry with a photo of the president of the APA hotel on it. I ate it at home and it was very delicious.The guest room seemed to have been upgraded, and I was able to comfortably use the double bed room by myself. The unit bath was also clean and comfortable to use, as expected from an APA hotel. However, the desk is a little small, so it may be a little inconvenient for long hours of work.The amenities were the bare minimum, and although it wasn't particularly luxurious, I felt that the cost performance was good enough. The only thing is that it's a little far from the station, so it was a little difficult to push my suitcase around on a hot day.I forgot something, but the staff responded quickly and politely, which I am very grateful for. It was a stable APA hotel. Overall, it was a hotel that I would like to use again.
