Toilet not cleaned. Dead insects, grass, and tissue trash remain.Is it bad management guidance to not clean up even though they are taking money? Is it the negligence of the staff?The location is great but it's really a waste.postscriptI complained to the management about the toilets, and when I visited them afterwards, they found things were much better.It's a beautiful campsite, so I'd like it to be kept clean.

I used Autosite for the first time in the summer! First of all, the scenery was amazing! I was so moved when I saw Kesennuma Port for a moment! After that, it was gloomy in the rain clouds. . It would be great if it was sunny all day!Because of the high altitude, it was cool even in summer! I didn't need a fan!The restrooms and kitchen may not be suitable for those who are sensitive. .I'll come back later! !

I called to make a camping reservation, but I couldn't connect to the campsite, so I was asked to call the main building. I called to check if there were any spaces available. I was told that I would receive a call from the person in charge at a later date, so I waited for a few days, but I never received a call. I gave up on making a reservation because I couldn't get through when I called, but on the day of the call, I received a call saying, ``I was booked, what happened?'' I was a little surprised, so I told him what had happened and then hung up.It was a nice campsite, but I'm very disappointed.

dirty. Even though the place has a lot of insects, it is not cleaned thoroughly. The same goes for the washing area, and the toilet has insects everywhere, on the sink, floor, and replacement toilet paper, which is really disgusting.Also, when I first stopped by the administration building to check in and greeted the old man, he didn't say a word, and in the explanation, ``You must take your trash home with you now. You cannot use the shower.'' There was no mention on the website, and when making a reservation, I was suddenly told on the spot something that I had not even been told. Prices are as usual.There are a lot of insects, the temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius even in midsummer, and despite the wonderful location overlooking Kesennuma Port, the management is really bad. I understand why there are so few users. I will never go there again.
