I let them use the bed room. Personally, it was a comfortable bed that allowed me to sleep very deeply. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.The food was delicious and I looked forward to it every time.

Great lodge for a stay at Nozawaonsen. Rooms are very clean and good size. Need to get use to shared toilets and basin (depending on which room you get). Great lounge area for coffee, tea and alcohol. Breakfast is offered on request and the service by the owner is awesome.

A warm hotel! The room is very comfortable and the bathing area is also very satisfactory! Although the hotel owner only speaks a little English, she is very serious and tries her best to answer customers' questions. If the ski resort is fully open, you can also purchase tickets from the hotel.

I stayed at Nozawa Onsen Utopia during the Fire Festival (Dosojin Matsuri) earlier this year and I had such a pleasant experience staying at Utopia Pension. First the rooms were large and spacious and very comfortable. Second, the location was perfect, close proximity to the bars/restaurants area, and a short-walk to Gondolas. And last but not least, the warm and hospital host who graciously provided me a free breakfast and helped me navigate my first around the town.

This is my 4th stay here. A kind wife and husband who always have a clean room. And the food is really delicious. I recommend eating here rather than going out at night.

Loved our stay here. Really near nagasaka gondola and the main street with spacious, comfortable rooms. Breakfast every morning was sumptuous and our shabu shabu dinner was delicious and so filling that we slept at 8pm that night after a long day of skiing.Bathroom is a little small, it’s a shared bathroom, and fitting a max of 3 persons at once, but the onsen was at a piping hot temperature, perfect for winding down.There is a washing machine and dry room available for use.The owner and their children here are hospitable and friendly, we are already looking to book in our next holiday here with Utopia. Can’t wait to be back!

Clean and spacious rooms. Owner was very helpful throughout our stay and arranged our snowboards delivery. Shared bathrooms but they were all well maintained.

Used twice in summer and winter when traveling. Very friendly and a safe place to stay. 100 meters down is the main street of the morning market. The location is good, with Matsunoyu (outdoor bath) right in front of you and the large hot spring bath a short walk away (I'm not sure about the distance to the slopes).During your meal, you may be able to enjoy homemade raw doburoku made by the owner from his own paddy rice.The indoor bath is not a hot spring. It is difficult to wash your body and hair in the public bath (hot spring public bath), so it may be a good idea to use different baths.

Not recommended at all for CS patients or fragrance allergies. Flavoring agents are scattered throughout the rooms, lobby, stairs, and toilets. It's so concentrated that you'll fall back in an instant when you enter. Even after the room was removed and ventilated, the chemicals remained, so it seems that the chemicals were evenly sprayed. I felt sad because I didn't seem to understand at all.

The owners, husband and wife, and their son are very friendly and soothing.The room had been stylishly renovated and was thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend a comfortable time there.I think it's also suitable for workdays.

Although it's a bit far from the ski slopes, I like going out drinking at night, so this location is better ^ ^Thanks to them shoveling snow all night and early in the morning, I can now drive back and forth and the road to the slopes is safe. My head is down. I would like to take care of you again.

It's well-maintained, extremely clean, and a pleasant place to spend your time. I am impressed by the unpretentious customer service of the owner and his wife. The bath is also a ``private'' type where you write on a whiteboard.The "rice 🍚" was really delicious. The “sea friends aquarium” next to the front desk is soothing! I will go again! ️
