It's a casual and friendly pension run by the landlady, her daughter, and an elderly neighbor in her 80s who joins in the mornings.I read that the food was good and made a reservation over the phone, but at the moment they only serve breakfast and not dinner. I was disappointed because I wanted to have a relaxing meal at the guest house, but I ended up having a lot of fun by making reservations at a nearby izakaya for three days.This was also the case on Ishigaki Island, but if you make dinner reservations as early as 6 o'clock on the island, you won't have to make two turns.If you fly in without making a reservation, there are many cases where there are no seats available, and you will be left without a dinner option. It is best to call to make a reservation at least one month in advance.The breakfast at Hoshisuna and the lunch box I ordered on the second day were both very delicious.After enjoying snorkeling at Zamami Beach in the morning, I returned to the guesthouse, took a shower, and had a lunch and beer, which was great.I had a large Western-style room available for 3 nights, so I was able to stay in it and it was very comfortable. Laundry was also stress free.It seems that during the season, it is almost full and there are no vacancies. Many adult divers. The building is quiet at 8pm. This is truly a pension for adults.The proprietress said that they had stopped serving dinner due to a lack of manpower, but Zamami also seems to have a lot of young people working from the city, but it must be difficult to find them.My husband wants to move in! lolThe homemade sata andagi I received on the way home was delicious ♡ Thank you!I'll be visiting again~ Thank you, proprietress and daughter.Stayed at the end of June 2024, couple in their 5s to 60s, traveling for two

I highly recommend it! The price is low and breakfast is included. I stayed for two nights, and I had a Western-style breakfast on the first day and a Japanese-style breakfast on the second day, so I never got bored!The host didn't speak much English, but he was very kind, patient and hospitable. They accommodated my late check-out and let me use the facilities even after checking out.Furthermore, the host let us try Okinawan cream puffs~(^_^)v (PS The cream puffs were very delicious!)(≧◡≦)

The service is really great and the staff are kind and cheerful. The rooms are simple but clean and safe. The location is close to the port and has excellent access. The problem is that it is very popular and it is a little difficult to get a reservation.

I used it when I went to Zamami Island.It was a tatami room, so it felt more like a guesthouse than a pension.The food was delicious and the drinks went well🤣🍶This has nothing to do with the hotel, but when I left my snorkel outside to dry, it was gone the next day.Give me back Yamamoto’s snorkel set😭

The owner was very kind and I had a comfortable stay.Even though the accommodation fee was cheap, there were no inconveniences, including towels.Breakfast is also full of volume, with Japanese and Western dishes changing daily.I would like to ask you again.

Easy access, 2-3 minutes walk from the port.The rooms are clean and the owner is very nice. I highly recommend it!
