"Disappointing, thorough 'cost reduction'"I've been wanting to stay here for a few years, but it was often fully booked, and Croissant was unable to participate in the "Go To Travel" program, so I was able to stay there for the first time.It is popular and has high expectations as it is an ideal accommodation that allows a high degree of freedom for pets, is one of the few accommodations that does not require mixed vaccinations, and can accommodate only one person. but,…(1) When you try to enter the front door with your luggage and your dog in tow, and the dog refuses to listen and is reluctant, the owner simply says, ``If you open it any further, it will lock.'' I wish you could lend me a little help.(2) Next, the person who showed me my room on the second floor was very kind, but ignored the fact that I was having a hard time with my luggage and dog. I can understand the reasoning behind this, ``Since it's not a luxury inn, we don't offer a service to take your luggage with you!'' However, is it possible to reduce costs to the point where the spirit of ``if someone is in trouble, we will help them''?(3) When I visited the "Prairies" location mentioned on the website, they told me the minimum amount of information I needed using just words. When I actually went there, I ended up walking endlessly on roads with no sidewalks in dense forest on both sides. Eventually, the dog got bored and turned back. It seems like we were talking on the assumption that we would be going by car. Here again, kindness reduces costs.(4) Only two cars can be parked within the premises of the inn. Moreover, the road in front of the inn is only about 2.5 meters wide, and if the parking lot is full, you won't even be able to park on the street and ask where it is. It would be a good idea to post this information and information about the parking lot on another site somewhere on the homepage. This is also a kind cost reduction.(5) When I checked out, I asked, ``If possible, could you please give me 2L of hot water (to put in my water bottle)?'', and the reply was that I should fill up the electric kettle in the dining room with hot water. The electric kettle ends up empty, though.😅 It seemed like they definitely didn't want to do the ``excessive service'' of boiling water from the water heater in a kettle and then pouring it into a water bottle. If you don't like it, it's fine. But it seems like there's another way to say no... We are thoroughly reducing the cost of kindness. It's a mystery why this is such a popular inn that you can't get a reservation.
