I stopped by for a little while on the last day of business. It gave me the impression of a very clean mountain hut.The staff were also courteous. It's nice to see the slippers lined up neatly.

The location is great, but the food is poor compared to other mountain huts, and it's inconvenient that you have to go out to use the bathroom once. Not being able to change breakfast to a boxed lunch is also quite a negative considering the bus departs from Kitazawa Pass. Also, the hut keeper was very unfriendly (I think he was probably a part-time worker).

Located in Yabusawa Curl just below the summit, the view from the front of the hut is spectacular. The building is new and clean, and although it's inconvenient to have to go outside to go to the bathroom, the smell doesn't bother me. The food was disappointing compared to the level of mountain huts these days. It can't be said that they put a lot of effort into their lunch menu, which only has curry in limited quantities. I think the customer service is good.I'm glad that the sleeping space in the large room has plenty of space for luggage. There is also space to put trekking poles. However, the old men who were having fun in the shared room where men and women were not separated were too uncomfortable.Water sources may dry up in the summer, so it's best to check in advance.

It is in a good location (inside Yabusawa Curl), with Mt. Kaikomagatake and Mt. Nokogaki in front of you, and Mt. Yatsugatake in the background, and you can see the Central Alps overlooking Ina city. Furthermore, Norikura ~ Hotaka ~ Yari can also be seen. If you look at the mountain hut level, the food is very elaborate and delicious.

I had a good impression that the person in charge of the hut was kind and responsive. They were selling original T-shirts👕, and some climbers were buying them.

I was just allowed to use the toilet and water area. The toilet flushed. You can refill your supply of water at a nearby water source, so you only need to bring enough water to get to the top of the mountain when you leave.

This is very important for resting my tired body, and I am very grateful for it. The second floor is the reception, dining room, and shop. There are no special rooms such as self-catering rooms. Can I use the table in front of the store? The changing room is a 1 tatami space separated by a curtain next to the dining room. Is there a private room when you go up the ladder-like stairs from the dining room?Once you go outside and go up the outside stairs on the side of the building, you will find the large room on the third floor, which is separated by a partition for each person. If you make a reservation with bedding included, a mattress with a pillow and 3 blankets will be included. You must bring your own inner sheets. Bedding very comfortable. If you don't have bedding, bring your own sleeping bag. But it looks more comfortable than staying in a tent. You have to go outside to use the toilet. Although it is inconvenient, it is very clean after washing with water. There is no smell at all. However, the lights go out around 8pm. After that, due to the power generator, the flush toilet cannot be used, so the toilet is for night use only. I haven't used this toilet, so I don't know the details. It's also outside. Headlights required.I am very happy to hear that you can use toothpaste with your toothbrush. The staff were very nice, greeting us during dinner, chatting with us, and giving us information about the weather, even though they were having a hard time. The food was also delicious.
