For me everything was great! Both the welcome and the services offered (there's not much they don't do to be honest..)So when I read certain opinions, on modernity or even the connection, it's not them the problem, but the country you have chosen... everything is explained in the ad, there are photos. So yes the wifi can have slight problems sometimes, or insects but that's kind of the point of getting away from the center and wanting to be in nature. I recommend 1000% for people who really want to get away from it all. Plus scooters available as well as the organization of many things (like for example if you go to bus penida they can organize the trip etc.) Zoltan does everything to make you feel comfortable, and he is very interesting!! ! We will come back for sure 🤩

Our stay was a dream! The location in the middle of the rice fields, with a tropical garden, allows you to relax in silence and admire the beauty of Balinese nature, about twenty minutes from the center of Ubud. However, there are several restaurants and cafes nearby, which can also be reached on foot, although I recommend renting a scooter for convenience (it is also available at the property). Zoli and his staff were very kind and helpful, they helped us organize some activities and made our stay comfortable. Excellent breakfast! Really recommended!

We spent two nights at this place. Everything was perfect. We really appreciated the comfortable beds. It is rare in Asia or Indonesia.Zoli is a pleasant person.I don't understand the negative comments. When I read them I'm glad I'm not welcoming visitors. These people should target palaces and 5 stars. We will come back if we ever pass through Ubud again

We stayed there for almost a week, and the truth is I can't say anything more than that it was great and I would gladly return and I recommend it, the area is very quiet to rest and very calm, about 15 minutes away you have the center of Ubud and the rest of places between 10 to 20 by motorcycle to visit, we rented a motorcycle there and they helped us a lot with organizing the rest of the trip, both taxis, boat transportation, activities and much more, I really thank them a lot for the service and they were always there when we needed something, whether recommendations or advice. The breakfasts are great and plenty, they bring it to your room.Very friendly workers.I recommend it 100%Thank you Zoli and Rene

The place is not for everybody. The owner is strange. He talks a lot, but nothing of substance. The rooms are not modern. One electrical outlet in the room. We couldn't turn on the night light by the bed. Scented bed and towels. No view from the room, high fence. No kettle, no extra water. We rented a motorbike from the hotel, but were unable to use the paid hours. They didn't help us with our luggage either. Not well maintained area. Breakfast is not tasty. I wouldn't come back here a second time. The photo does not correspond to reality. It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews, the owner doesn't care about customers at all. He didn't shout at us and was rude and angry. It was obvious that his employees were ashamed of him, and this was not the first time (((.

The first thing I have to say about this villa is that it is spectacular, it is in the middle of some rice fields (far from the city center, you need a means of transportation to get around) and its decoration is very well maintained. . If I'm not mistaken, there were like 3 independent rooms, separated from each other, so we couldn't hear the rest of the guests, or anything else other than nature. What I liked most about the room was the open-air bathroom, it was beautiful. Otherwise, the place was clean and we had no problems. Let's remember that it is in the middle of some rice fields and that doesn't save you from encountering the odd bug, but come on, we were lucky not to see many.Continuing a little with the service on the part of the villa, this was impeccable, all the workers were very nice and the host helped us a lot with our entire stay in Ubud. He organized the places we wanted to visit a little so that it was as optimal as possible and we had the possibility of hiring a driver with him to take us to the places. I also had contacts to be able to do other types of activities or excursions, although I recommend that you consider other options as well, it all depends on whether you want comfort and not think or look at money anymore. The truth is that he was quite helpful to us in our first days in Bali, we were super grateful for how well he was with us and for all the valuable information he provided us. He and his family are charming and the treatment received was 10.I highly recommend this place because it is beautiful, mainly because of the environment that surrounds it, and if you want to disconnect, perfect.

Very disappointing customer service provided by the host, Zoli, he did not express thoughtfulness and willingness to address our concerns during our 3D2N stay even before check in. No sincere apology was given by the hosts for any late response and ironically the host wanted us to accommodate to his priorities. All in all, indeed a bad villa stay experience. 😩

Though a little remote, location has decent views of the rice fields. However the nice views cannot make up for the poor service attitude of the hosts, which left us rather disappointed in what could have been a great trip/stay.In our 2nd day of stay we experienced a water supply outage in our room. The host took an hour to acknowledge the outage and in the meanwhile, we tried to flush down human waste that was already in the toilet bowl by topping up water manually in the water storage housing. However, the porcelain storage component lid broke with no serious injuries but unfortunately my partner sustained a small cut.We were told to pay 600,000 IDR for the damaged storage lid - an amount verified with our local guide that is 6 times the typical local cost. The most disappointing part was not about the repair cost, but the complete lack of customer centricity where one of the hosts seemed more anxious to repair the flush system to accommodate the next guests with a complete disregard for our safety. To add insult to the injury, he communicated over in Bahasa (Indonesian local language) to his repair technician in our presence of his priorities and left the broken storage lid in its original place until we expressed our displeasure. The host was also adamant for our payment in the night after the saga as he cannot accommodate our payment in the time of our checkout at 7.30am in the morning due to his schedule. What we did not expect thereafter was that the water supply outage continued into the night in an intermittent manner, making this one of those anecdotal parodies of a holiday disaster. Our displeasure with the hosts’ poor service had been compounded from the previous night, when he was unable to accommodate our delayed schedule to check in at 8pm instead of the pre-arranged 7pm due to “family commitments”. The Airbnb posting of this accommodation has stated that check-in was between 2pm to 10pm. Out of due consideration for his family commitments, we made changes to our schedule which involved a much delayed dinner which had already been ordered to accommodate his requirements. Unfortunately, our considerations for our hosts did not seem to be reciprocated and it seemed like a reversal of our roles as hosts and guests. A memorable experience indeed and one that is hopefully unique to us and nobody else.
