Booked this place, because after a long trip and bringing children, the intention was to rest but couldn't do it at all. My expectations wouldn't be that bad, but it turned out that when I entered the room the room smelled really bad of cigarettes and was stuffy, to the point where I was short of breath, the room lights weren't bright enough, the AC didn't feel like it at all.My child doesn't want to get on the mattress because there are lots of black ants on the mattress 😖 if there was a 0 star I would give itGive up, because I didn't look at the "review first because I was in a hurry"

Location on the Puncak highway before the entrance gate to the Ciawi Dam. There is a fairly large name board on the side of the road. The parking lot is large enough for motorbikes and cars. Environmental conditions are not clean. There are still several spots that look mossy and rarely touched by cleaning staff. Service is quite friendly and very helpful. The rooms are quite spacious for prices under 300 thousand. There is a place to store and hang clothes in the corner of the room. There are tables and chairs that can be used. The bed uses 2 single beds combined, which is a bit disturbing when sleeping. The bathroom is quite clean and the water runs smoothly. There is a hot water tap that functions in the morning and evening. The TV works well and can catch quite a lot of channels. Suggestions for managers are to improve cleanliness and it would be even better if toothpaste and toothbrushes were provided. Due to the condition of the building, it is not a new building, so it is natural that there are some leaks on the roof and dampness on the walls

The front is nice, the location is spacious and big, the service is friendly, the price is about the same... the only minus is that the walls and mattress are a bit dirty (crumpled), the AC can't be turned on manually.

The photo and the real thing don't match. Huhuhu, I was a bit annoyed when I entered the room and found that it still smelled of cigarette smoke and there were even traces of cigarette ash on the table. You only got 1 towel, the blanket was also the size of 1 person, even though you ordered a double room for 2 people, even though the mattress was a twin bed, it was made into 1. The sheets were also annoying. The bathroom sink was also broken. Oh yes, there is also a karaoke place on the top floor, if there is an event, you can hear it all the way to the room.Order online and get a price <200k, if you order directly, it's 250k. Yes, it's really hard to find cheap and good accommodation in the Puncak area, but if you're looking for something close to the main road, maybe this hotel could be something to consider.
