Santosha Place is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are airy and bright with large floor to ceiling windows looking out to an ample balcony. A shrine, looking out from the balcony is planted out with mature flowering trees and the gardens have ornamental ponds with Koi carp. Meals are taken directly to the room and served on the balcony; heaven!The staff are attentive and couldn't do enough for us, special thanks goes to Komang, Ketut and Ni Putu for really great service that made all the difference to our holiday.Santosha Place is located about an hours walk from Ubud, but don't be put off by the distance; there are walks that take you through stunning jungle and terraces of paddy fields that should not be missed!

Santosha Place is nestled in a serene and conveniently located about 3.5 km from the heart of Ubud. Renowned for its tranquil ambiance and traditional Balinese elements, it provides a peaceful retreat ideal for relaxation and cultural immersion.We stayed for 4 nights, and we had the PERFECT STAY!!The genuinely friendly and smiling staff, delicious meals and the long chat. We were very grateful to meet the owners Daughter and share about the local history and culture.Room service staff were amazing, always ready to assist regardless of what the request may be!! We will definitely be going back to this place on our next visit. Thank you, Santosha Team, for looking after us, we appreciate all you love and care.

Santosha Place is the best place in Ubud. Their staff is super friendly, the location is great, the room is very beautiful with a balinese compound view. They also have a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an affordable price. Very recommended👌

A beautiful stay in this very quiet and relaxing place, beds are very comfortable. The place is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and the staff are so very welcoming. Great sized rooms and bathrooms, with gorgeous pool at our door step. The breakfast was great to start our days. We rented a scooter and were able to come and go into town very easily without the noise of traffic and busyness that we would have had staying in the town.

Our stay has been one of the best on the entire island. The staff is the best. Always willing to help and make you feel as comfortable as possible.It is 10 minutes by motorbike from the center of Ubud but if you want tranquility and peace, this is your place. You will only hear nature in its purest form. Very clean and well-kept facilities.They offer all kinds of excursions as well as motorcycle rental.If I return to the island, I will repeat for sure.Thank you Santosha place team.

It is a wonderful accommodation if you want to be close to everything but without the craziness of central Ubud. We moved around by motorcycle and it was very practical because there was parking.The service is friendly and always available.Thank you for those days in paradise!

The kindness of the staff and their availability.Breakfast and meals served wherever you want. Very good cuisine. The rooms are beautiful, clean. The swimming pool is calm and very beautiful. The hotel is located in the middle of a temple, it is truly exceptional.Another big thank you to the staff for their kindness and help. In fact, we did not have our luggage when we arrived and someone from the hotel waited until half past midnight without being certain that we would receive our luggage.

Truly a fantastic structure, a magical place.Inside a traditional Balinese house, with an adjoining temple.The staff is extremely kind and helpful.The rooms are very clean, equipped and comfortable.Very rich breakfasts with the possibility of having them on a traditional low table.There are various services including scooter renting and laundry.

Such a delightful and silent place. The room was very cozy and everything was nice tidy and clean.The staff are very sweet and helpful.Breakfast is nice and served outside the room.To get stung it makes sense to rent a motorbike, as the location isn't in walking distance to Ubud center. However, I don't mind as you avoid noise and bad air and also get a nice ride there.All in all, a very pleasant experience.
