Misleading information in this house. We booked the whole house, yet upstairs bedroom was locked. When we tried to contact them by phone and email,there was no response.They had rules posted everywhere. Most kitchen cupboards where locked, we had access to two drawers only. They gave us plastic plates and cups to use. They had a spy camera in the corner of the kitchen. They had a washing machine in the house,but wanted 1000 yen to use the machine. The location is about 20 minutes to Shinjuku by train if you get the express. There were too many things wrong to give this accommodation a better rating.

A beautiful house with a very kind host who answers your messages rapidly. The house is conveniently located close enough to Koigakubo station from which we can go to Kojubunji station to use Chuo line. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying this house next time we travel Japan. Thank you.
