Checked in on a rainy day, although it was raining lightly. The next day, the weather changed completely. However, unfortunately we could not see Mt. Fuji.German building, established 37 years ago, currently in its second generationA calm hotel for adultsAltitude 1,200mI was surprised that the serum in the tube I brought with me started to overflow as soon as I opened the lid.(It's okay if it's not a tube type)The view is good, but at this time of year, except in the morning and evening.I forgot about the altitude. The food is deliciousI enjoyed the 2-hour full course at a leisurely pace. The smell and sound of firewood calms your mind. Some of the vessels are decorated with kintsugi. The furniture, utensils, etc. were all sophisticated.

It was great to have an elegant room with a view of the Southern Alps, a restaurant with a fireplace (while looking at the wood fire), and the food served with antique furniture and tableware. Most of the time, I stayed at inns with open-air hot spring baths overlooking the sea, but I thought it would be nice to visit once in a while.

The food, the wine, the taste, and the owner and his wife are all wonderful! I definitely want to go again!

A hideaway hotel for adults that satisfies your mind, body, and stomach. It was raining lightly on the day we stayed, and the vast view from the room was covered in mist and looked magical. (If the weather is nice, you can see Mt. Fuji!) A delicious dinner while looking at the flames in the fireplace (the plates are also in a great position!) A comfortable bed. (Even the pajamas were brand-name items.) Everything was of high quality, including a set of chopsticks. I thought it would be nice to relax and read the book Emile (Rousseau) that I had in my room.

A very clean and spacious room with a view of Mt. Fuji, furniture that was not new but expensive and well-used, and delicious food.If I had rich relatives, I wondered what their villa would be like. . …

A wonderful auberge. The rooms are wonderful, so it might be more appropriate to call it a hotel, but it's simply the best French restaurant. Not only bottled wine but also glass wine is very delicious and goes well with the food. The owner uses local ingredients, of course, but he doesn't get too picky about it, he only serves what he thinks is delicious, and you can feel the owner's desire to make you feel at ease. This is a hotel that touches your heart with its subtle care. They warmly welcome us, so much so that the hotel feels like it would be nice if only wonderful guests stayed with us, haha.I hope that this hotel will continue to stay the same.
