I gave it 4 stars because I only used the day trip family bath so I don't know the whole story.●I like the retro atmosphere●No need for excessive services●Seeking hot water●I like the quiet placeI think this is suitable for people who like this.I've chosen many hot springs that are deserted here and there (including hot spring hotels that are in a state of disrepair), and I've only been to hot springs with strong sulfur and strong taste, but even the water is colorless and transparent (I don't know if it's lukewarm or not. On this day, the outside temperature was 24 degrees). ℃Heavy rain) The warmth lasted for 30 minutes. It may be old, butTo me, this is a modern hot spring inn compared to the ones I've been to before. (lol)

The hot water is straight from the source. The indoor hallway smelled a little moldy. The response is not bad.

This hot spring inn is recommended for people who want to fully enjoy Ohara Onsen. It's clean and gives the impression of being old, but once you experience it, you'll understand.I think this is a hot spring inn where you can relax for a few days.I especially want "quiet" overseas tourists who are becoming fond of hot springs to experience it.

500 yen for a day trip, indoor bath only. Transparent, soft, and lukewarm. There are lockers that cost 100 yen. There is a hair dryer. Clean inside the facility.

A family-style hot spring hotel, simple and warm, with convenient parking. The hot springs here are very good for the skin. You can feel your skin getting smooth immediately after taking a bath!

I only used it for a day trip, so I don't know about the rooms, but it is an inn that retains a deep Showa-era atmosphere. It is undeniable that the facilities are aging. There was a note saying that the hot spring water was fed directly from the source, so the temperature might not be appropriate in some cases, but luckily the water was very good. Since we were the only ones in the room, we were able to relax and have it privately. However, I felt that the capacity of the open-air bath was limited especially if there were multiple visitors.Perhaps due to a lack of motivation for the service, there were no slippers in the bathroom, and although I changed into outdoor shoes when I went to the open-air bath, it didn't seem like they were being taken care of very much. Even at the entrance on my way home, my shoes weren't ready. Even though it's an old inn...the price is reasonable (¥500), but I don't think it's because of cost-consciousness. Well, if you say that it is like that, you may be right, but it will be of interest to those who are interested.

The hot springs were good. Also, the kamameshi for lunch was delicious. If you're planning on going to a spa, it's ok. It's a long-established inn, so please come with that in mind.
