The double room is tiny, but it was clean and comfortable. The location is good too with it being about a minute walk away from the subway.

I loved staying at Sakura! It is not a fancy hotel, it’s a real Japanese hotel in a real Tokyo neighborhood, very close to a station, with supermarkets and restaurants around that are not touristy. The rooms are small but good small - Japanese style, compact, with everything you need. It’s clean, people are very nice. I will stay there again on my next trip. Recommended if you are interested in more real places in Tokyo than just tourist attractions.

Use the cafe.I stopped by to have lunch.I've been visiting here often since it's in the neighborhood, but has the chef changed? The menu has changed a little, and the taste has changed a lot.Lunch soup, salad, pasta, and curry all had almost no taste...The customers around me also said that it didn't taste good, and the taste had changed due to the powdered cheese, salt, and black pepper.Even the foreigners had more than half of their bags left, with their eyes wide open.I'm also very disappointed that the skin-on potatoes and fried chicken that were previously available are no longer on the menu.I understand that salt should be reduced, but if it doesn't taste that good, I have a hard time eating it.I was looking forward to having lunch on the terrace in the coming seasons, so I would like to request that the taste be improved.

Prices lower than average for Tokyo, but equally good quality. The receptionist: Yoshi Murao, deserves a mention for his kindness and helpfulness. The others are also discreet. …

Until recently, it was a good value for money hotel, but perhaps due to inbound tourists, the prices have gone up and it has become difficult to make reservations.I like the convenient and quiet location with good access to Shinjuku. I also like that the staff is courteous and that they continue to provide amenities and meals to the bare minimum. What bothers me about the room is the smell from the drain and the hardness of the bed. In addition, in the room I stayed in this time, the TV didn't work (I wonder if something like that happens these days?), and water dripped due to condensation even when the air conditioner wasn't in use.

I was glad that I had used it before, so I used it again, but unfortunately this time I did not have as good an impression as the last time. ||First of all, the pillow smelled a bit. …
