Honestly, this is an inn that I don't want people to know about. This will be my second stay here.I stayed in a room with a private hot spring bath, and the service, food, and lovely garden made me want to come back again and again. The large rocks and the koi garden in the pond are so wonderful that you will be overwhelmed. The large public bath was also a place where Iwa felt a lot of power and could go home.I would like to stay again.

I thought the room had an open-air bath, but it didn't, and although I should have asked for an explanation over the phone in advance, there was no explanation.Does the room have a hot spring? I asked about this on the phone and was told that it was available, so I thought it would have an open-air bath, but when I checked in and got to the room, I was like, ``Huh?'' It became,The kids ate dinner, then immediately went to another hotel and checked out.I wish there was a better explanation, it was a waste of money! The response of the people at the front desk was also strange. The location was good as it was close to a convenience store.I don't often write reviews, but this time I thought it was a little off.

*Be careful when viewing the second half of the image ⚠️ Insects are shown. Please be careful if you are considering staying here.Unfortunately, I was not able to receive the service and quality commensurate with the price.I think there were some things that couldn't be helped due to the circumstances, but I am extremely disappointed that the inn's response to the situation was unbelievably bad.Situation: There was a cockroach in the room. There was a lack of response on the part of the inn, but since there were no rooms available, they would like to take measures such as cleaning and replacing the futon set. However, my companion said that he would not be able to sleep in peace in this situation, so we discussed whether or not we should continue, and he said, ``We managed to adjust the room, so let's go there!'' and asked us to upgrade to a different room.Regarding facilities (hygiene):It's a shame that it doesn't really have a sense of cleanliness.I am assuming that there are some things that cannot be helped as it is an old building, but I would like to mention the inn's lack of facility management and related measures. When I first entered the room, it smelled very musty. It was my boyfriend's first time staying at an inn, and I wondered if it smelled like this. I was asked. And then there were cockroaches in the room.I think there are situations where there is a water source nearby, or if there is a gap, they can come in. However, the response from the inn was so bad that I was really sad and felt like I was throwing away my money (50,000 yen!!).There were cockroaches in the room, and I asked the front desk to take care of them (I've attached a photo of the ceiling, so please be careful when viewing it). A foreign man came to help me, but he said, "Where are you? Oh, is that there? Ah, ah," and at first he looked at something in the air that wasn't the cockroach in question, and his reaction was to crawl (Are you okay? (I'm worried). Without asking my companion to wait, I fired the Goki Jet Pro at the ceiling. As the cockroach sprayed the cockroach jet without paying any attention to the fact that our luggage and futon were underneath, the cockroach fell to the floor and crawled under our luggage, saying, "Shit! Can I move this away?" and leaving the luggage. However, after spraying Cockroach Jet Pro, the cockroaches stopped moving. My companion got angry at him, but he said, ``This is all we can do (answer in English).'' I told them to call the person in charge and went back to the front desk. The manager arrived late, but when I told him what happened, he said, ``I think it was due to a lack of education on our part that we decided to deal with it at home.'' If you're going to show it to guests, and if you're going to charge 50,000 yen for a night's stay, isn't it natural that the price includes guarantees for the quality of the service? I think so.The money we pay is considered to be compensation for services and equipment. This time, I feel like I threw money away.I was sprayed with Goki Jet Pro so that it covered my futon and my luggage, so when I asked to change my room, I was told that there were no vacancies. I was asked to help by replacing the futon set and cleaning. As for cleaning the room, first wrap the cockroach carcass in a tissue and throw it away (I'm sorry if my sensibilities are wrong, but from a sanitary perspective, I think it's necessary to seal it in a garbage bag...? ).After wiping it gently, I placed the item on top of it.Three cleaning staff came in, but the one who came in later with a vacuum cleaner had dust and hair tangled on the head of the vacuum cleaner in his hand. There was also a scene where they started poking at our luggage with a vacuum cleaner because they didn't take any steps to remove our luggage. Two other people, including the manager, wiped the floor with alcohol and asked, ``Since our hands are dirty from cleaning, would you mind if we put our things away?'' I put away most of my stuff beforehand, but I'm sorry I left one bag behind. In addition, even if you re-lay the futon, the sheets and bedding may be left on the floor, wrinkled, or the pillow may be tucked under the armpits. Instead of just placing it on top of my feet, I put it on top of my feet (the pillow is touching the socks). The foreign man who originally asked for the sheets to be laid for me (the one who took care of the cockroaches) was not very careful in hanging the sheets, and was also handling the sheets in a way that made noises (female) The sheets that were hung were carefully done following the steps).I felt that the quality of cleaning and bed making was low, which was disappointing. I'm really disappointed. The highlight is the large public bath.I heard that it is open 24 hours a day, so I was wondering how they clean it, but in addition to naturally fallen leaves, there was also mysterious black fluffy garbage floating in the open-air bath. , I left quickly. Also, in the bathtub, the corners have a crunchy feel (I think there are some areas that can't be helped as a hot spring (crystallization)).Also, the room I changed to had a urinal for men, but it smelled really bad...I was also disappointed. There was some small black dirt (small dead insects?) in the bathtub in my new room, and I thought it might not have been washed, so when I touched the bathtub, it felt rough to the touch. Wouldn't a proper business hotel be better? That's what I thought.About the staff:My impression is that many people come from abroad to work. Although this is not a problem, I strongly feel that there is a need to strengthen education regarding professionalism, etiquette, and response when working at an inn.Although I feel sorry for the manager, I wish he had shown a little more sincerity. His response gave me the feeling that he probably wanted to get it over with quickly.Overall, although I received an upgrade to my room, I was not satisfied with the price, which was really disappointing. I would like to comment so that no one feels the same way as me, and in the hope that this ryokan will respond better in the future after reading this review. Sorry for the long post.

⚫︎Price65,000 for 3 peopleIt can't be helped since it's a Sunday and holiday, but it's expensive without dinner.⚫︎Hot springIt's like 110 points/100 points.Even though we are entertaining a small number of people, we are well prepared,I had a comfortable timeThe first attraction isSauna over 90 degrees,Thoroughly low temperature water bathWe took advantage of the small number of participants and had a great time.⚫︎BreakfastThere is a wide variety of food, and I feel like I have received the best Japanese hospitality.I feel like people overseas are probably looking for ``fresh salad and citrus fruits,'' but this is Japanese breakfast.⚫︎The air conditioner in the room was not good as it was closed. It's not a good idea to return to a hot default temperature every time in response to opening and closing the room.Quality of the room, view of the courtyardit was amazing

To be honest, I have never been to fancy hotels before and maybe this is just the to of an iceberg for me....anyways the stay has been a fever dream for me. Growing up and always wanting to visit Japan, this has been a dream for me to stay at. Too bad I only afforded to stay for a night, I would have loved to shoot more pics. I was too occupied checking out the whole place, and to be frankly there are probably things that I have missed. The Onsen was fantastic and big. I was the only one using it at that time and they even have a Sauna. The rooms are very serene and really big. I want to compliment the staff for the cleanliness. The garden is absolutely huge and I got lost while exploring it.All in all I will want to visit again and I am really looking forward to it!
