I used it at the end of summer.Before your stay, please be sure to "meet with the concierge". It is better not to think of it as a vacation rental or a hotel.Please understand that we will create your stay together, and discuss various possibilities and wishes with our concierge staff. The result is a great experience! surely!Just thinking that it's a good hotel is half the fun.It is a wonderful place beyond imagination, with an environment and facilities that allow you to enjoy an extraordinary experience, and the actual location is much better than what you see on the website.There's really no need to bring anything, everything is provided.There's no doubt that you can come empty-handed.After that, discuss your various wishes with the concierge in advance, and enjoy making arrangements, preparations, and meal arrangements!It was a great experience!I really think it would have been a good idea to go to the site in advance, check it out, and discuss our hopes and requests on-site, rather than just having a meeting via email or phone.That's how great the internet and the local experience are!

We stayed with 5 adults and children aged 2, 4, and 9. There is an elevator to move between floors, which was convenient for small children as they could move smoothly without having to use the stairs. We also had a lot of fun playing the video game Mario Kart.From the room, the sea spread out in front of us, and the view was beautiful. On the rooftop, while the adults prepared the BBQ, the children enjoyed the jacuzzi and had a perfect time eating dinner together. The next morning, there was a small park within walking distance, where there were dragonflies and butterflies, and I was able to enjoy catching bugs with the kids. It was a place where both children and adults were very satisfied. thank you very much.

We stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 3 children) for one night over the weekend. This is a wonderful facility where you can experience something out of the ordinary. After checking in, you can take your kids to the sea, and then enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna on the rooftop. We had a great time BBQing on the rooftop at night. The location was great, and the service from the owner and concierge was great. Not only adults but also children were satisfied. The only thing that bothers me is the noise. . . Since it faces Route 134, I was bothered by the noise when I went to bed, so I had a hard time falling asleep. Is this an issue due to location?

I used it for my husband's 50th surprise birthday party! !A surprise party where she secretly invites her husband's friends and surprises them with a surprise appearance on the way, under the guise of a trip for two.We had been planning this for half a year and spent over 100 hours choosing a place to stay, but this 3rd house was the right choice! ! !I was attracted by the fact that you can have a BBQ on the terrace and there is a Jacuzzi and sauna on the terrace, you can see the ocean from the living room, there are many rooms and you can move around by elevator, and there are plenty of game supplies in the room, but above all, this is what I was attracted to. The biggest attraction was that it had a “concierge”! ! !I was embarrassed to explain that this time I was going to do it with my own savings (500 yen coins that I had been saving up for this purpose), but since all of my husband's friends who were inviting him were celebrities, I did my best to accommodate his selfish request for something luxurious. Thanks to all of your responses and suggestions, we were able to have the most luxurious and wonderful party within our budget! !The best suggestion was the surprise appearance of a musician!Under the guise of a trip for just the two of us, the two of us drank champagne on the rooftop terrace, while all of my husband's friends secretly waited in the living room downstairs with cakes in hand. After helping my husband carry the food, I took the elevator down to the living room, and everyone sang a birthday song, but a musician joined in, making it an even more moving surprise!And then there's the musician's live performance!I ended up doing an impromptu live performance with lyrics that were a mix of me and my husband's work (which I had heard about him the day before)! !Moreover, the song was so good that everyone had a great time drinking champagne (≧∇≦)The voice and performance were amazing, the quality was so high that it was a great time ❤︎During the live performance, the staff prepared a luxurious BBQ on the rooftop, and we had a great time on the rooftop as well.Afterwards, we played games in the living room and talked while drinking wine at the circular table.My husband's friends, some of whom I had never met before, got together at this party, but during this unusual time, we were able to open up easily and become friends (๑>◡<๑)When I woke up in the morning, the whole room was surrounded by the ocean, and the freshly baked bread in the breakfast kit was also amazing.I was impressed by the decorations, as well as the dedication and hospitality of all the staff to make this party a success.This kind of meeting would not have been possible without 3rd house.I highly recommend this experience to those who have parties and those who want to please their family and friends.Lastly, I would like to thank all the staff and the concierge, Mr. Otsune! ! ! !It was great! ! !

There's even a basketball court.This time I only stayed for one night, but if you want to enjoy everything, two or more nights would be a good idea.The owner was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the facilities and service.The accommodation was much better than I expected. I would definitely like to go again.

I stayed here for 2 nights with a work colleague.The inn was clean and spacious, and there were plenty of board games, etc., so it was a wonderful inn that I never got bored of.If you want to make this summer the most wonderful one, why not stay here?
