My evening at the Liebezeit Hotel & Restaurant was truly unforgettable! I ordered the Seville salad and felt the perfect harmony of the fresh ingredients with the first bite. The salad was excellently prepared both visually and in terms of taste. The balance of the sauce and the freshness of the ingredients used in particular made the dish something very special. Thanks to Chef Ronny's loving attention to detail, everything was prepared with great care.The staff was equally friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the restaurant was so warm that I didn't feel like a guest, but almost like I was at home. Everyone here does their work with great dedication and professionalism, which makes the food and time spent there all the more special. If you are in Dillenburg, Liebezeit should definitely be your first choice. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back!

A beautiful old hotel in true Hessen architecture with Fachwerkhouse style. No lift, no porter, but still the rest of my experience was great. The hotel is run by the family and they are very hands on and eager to please. Nothing was too much to ask for and I will definitely stay there again.

Was in Dillenburg for work, great hotel, fair price and great rooms. Super friendly staff and the restaurant is also highly recommended. We always watched the European Championships there in the beer garden in the evenings, great atmosphere. I can only recommend!

Super friendly service.Very tasty food. Room was large and well equipped. We were able to watch the European Championships outside in a nice atmosphere on a historic square.We have felt very comfortable here.

We come from Dillenburg and enjoy taking advantage of the wonderful gastronomy. In summer we like to be outside on the historic hut square. Coffee and cake (waffles and cheesekake) are also available here during the day. Delicious!Unfortunately, we haven't stayed overnight yet, so we can only rate the gastronomy. There are salads, steaks, tapas, delicious seafood and also great sweet treats.

View of (former) De Dillenburg castle of Willen van Oranje. In the city center of an original and sparkling historic place. Beautiful luxurious and spacious room with doors from the time of Willen van Oranje-Nassau. Nice breakfast.

I've been to the restaurant a few times and am absolutely thrilled every time. The food is excellent and the employees are all really nice and friendly. A restaurant that absolutely enhances our unfortunately not so exciting Dillenburg :)
