only good thing the villa is it is in the center of ubud.It is not like the pics at all. Pool is not clean. Mosquitoes in the room. Ac doesnt function properly. Very scary area with bats and mokeys in night. Kitchen very dirty. No staff available. This was the worst accomodation in our entire trip to bali. Thankfully we booked it just for 1 night.

The location is good, but the hygiene and cleaning conditions are very disappointing.I couldn't sleep because of the bad smell.It's a beautiful villa, but the management is disappointing.I could smell the scent of the person I stayed with before in the bedding.

I recommend not booking this villa. The photos are misleading. Of our entire trip to Bali, this has been our worst accommodation. Dirt everywhere. The kitchen is dated and dirty. In the morning and afternoon monkeys come and destroy everything outside. There are rats and it is full of mosquitoes. I have to emphasize again that the cleaning is very poor. I do not recommend at all.

I rented the villa for 3 days with my family, the property was not up to standard, there was a lot of humidity and mold. It wasn't very clean. Too bad because beautiful villa.

I hate to give a bad review, but others should be aware this place (in June 2022) has issues with damp smells bordering on mould in all the rooms.I hope the owners can address that issue as otherwise the place is very pleasant.
