Nice small hotel (12 rooms) with no staff on site (you get a PIN code for the doors beforehand and can reach someone by phone). Decent, clean room (but as in almost all hotels, the water pressure in the shower could be better). Central location, market square and Freedom Square can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, and there are a number of restaurants and bakeries in the immediate area. The rooms are spread over four floors, but there is no elevator.

We booked a triple room with a dog for one night.The room is modernly furnished and clean. Upon request from the hotel we received a “dog bed” and food bowls. Important to know - the hotel does not have an elevator!!! I/We arrived with two children, an old English Bulldog and I in the 7th week of pregnancy. Our room was on the top floor (4th floor) so good stair sport! 😄😃 The room is very centrally located in Hanau. Parking options in the parking garage opposite. Prices affordable. The hotel does not offer breakfast!! We then went to have breakfast around the corner in the “Klara” bar. Delicious breakfast, however, also comes at a price.Overall the night was good. We (as a family) would choose a different hotel next time, just for the sake of it. With parking options in the yard/elevator and breakfast in the house.

We slept here for one night and that was definitely enough. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Coffee and tea are offered free of charge. The only drawback: the kettle wasn't clean and there was still water in it from the previous ones. Otherwise everything is great!

The hotel is a small family run hotel. The owners of the hotel are super nice and very helpful. We hadn't read that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. My mother, who has knee problems, had to fight her way to the top floor on the first night. They quickly tried to find a solution and offered her a room on the first floor the next day. Even if there is no reception, the owners are easy to reach by phone and quickly address guests' concerns.Regarding the room, excellent price-performance ratio. Rooms are clean. The location is great, right in the center of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. You start with self-check-in, which is easy. The hotel staff will send you emails explaining everything in advance. When you enter the hotel you are welcomed by a wonderful scent of flowers. The room is very clean, basically has everything you need. The only thing we missed (with two young children) was a small refrigerator to store milk, for example. However, the hotel had already prepared two camping beds for the children. Obviously very nice for us, so we had to take less stuff with us. Bathroom looks good. Beds are comfortable. The location is really great, right in the center. Opposite is a 24/7 parking garage. In terms of price-quality, it really couldn't be better. All in all highly recommended. We will come back here. Very satisfied with our stay!

This hotel is located in the center of Hanau, just a few meters from a parking garage. During the day and until late in the evening it is quite loud with the window open.There is no staff here on site, but communication via email is correct and timely.Everything is electronically equipped with a PIN, which you receive by email after booking confirmation.Certainly complicated for older people, I also had difficulties entering the number at the room door.A fairly narrow staircase leads over several floors to the respective rooms, separated from the staircase by an intermediate door.Nevertheless, the room doors are noisy.The rooms themselves are modern and functionally furnished.A kettle with tea and some coffee is available. A large flat screen is sure to bring some TV fans to lifeThe bathroom is clean, modern and bright.Unfortunately I wasn't happy with everything, the wash basin was a bit small, you can't even get the small kettle under the tap.Windows can be closed with a curtain. However, it is not suitable for daytime sleep; even at night it is bright in the room with the curtain drawn.It's comfortable in bed, the bed linen fits.Next time I would have liked to find clean cups in the bathroom and an empty, cleaned kettle.

Hotel without reception. Access very well organized. Everything new, super clean. Cheap parking garage directly opposite, bakery nearby.Add curtains to the window and it's perfect for the price asked.

A familiar, yet modern hotel in the middle of Hanau City. The owners are very friendly, a handwritten greeting with a WiFi password is waiting in the room. I thought that was sweet :) Modern and refreshingly colored rooms, also newly renovated. The main train station and bus station are within walking distance, as are shopping opportunities, restaurants and a number of leisure activities. Short distances, little driving, great. I'll definitely be back 👌

We booked two nights here over the weekend. The small hotel offers everything you need for a long weekend. The rooms are clean and modernly furnished. There's a cool bar right downstairs that you should definitely visit for a beer in the evening. Conveniently, you can go straight from the bar into the stairwell. We would recommend the Herrnmühle for breakfast - it's a few meters walk, but it's worth it. There is also a great restaurant opposite the hotel. Were at the top - the fact that there is no elevator is easy to get over if you don't have luggage with you for a trip around the world.
