Underground for a hotel kitchen.Schnitzel was a frozen ready-made product, sauce from a tetra pack, salad was mostly iceberg with some ready-made dressing and all for €15.50. The service was friendly and tried hard, it was very quick (because it wasn't fresh). I'll try a pizza soon, maybe they can score points there.

Today we wanted to eat ice cream while passing through and ended up in the “ice cream parlor” of the Hotel Etna. Inside, everything was blocked up and unlit, no one behind the counter, no bell or anything like that. Finally we were discovered by chance and served cheerlessly. In our opinion, the ice cream was older, both visually and in terms of taste. Far from homemade. A slap in the face to any decent real ice cream parlor. Better not again!

Simple hotel that offers value for money. In the middle of the village, opposite the church. We were able to park the motorcycles covered in the garage for free 👍I paid €45 including breakfast. Clean (single) room, good shower, good breakfast. Nothing to complain about for that money.

Went to the restaurant for dinner with 5 people. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Schnitzel, steak, salad - all very tasty. Cozy atmosphere and very nice service. Gladly again at any time 😊

Staff speaks poor German. Stairs to the rooms are very steep. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom, school grade 5. Anyone who relies on the Internet has bad cards. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When we asked, we were told it would work in the office. Warm dishes: The grilled chicken breast was drowned again in a soggy sauce. School grade 5. The breakfast buffet looked good. Unfortunately only white baked discount rolls. The coffee was so strong that you couldn't enjoy it. Cold cuts and butter were not covered so after lying there for three hours everything looked strange. A booked two single bed room with minibar became a double room without minibar, with broken drinking glasses, hair from the previous resident in the shower drain. Shower mixer tap very very stiff. Good thing it's summer and I wanted to cool down. Splashes of toothpaste on the mirror (disgust factor 6).No parking space available

What shocked me the most was the attitude of the staff. Not one can speak English, the receptionist, so if it was the receptionist, he was reluctant. The price also includes breakfast, but since we are here for work, and we have to commute to work for almost an hour, we asked him if they could make a package for us, since breakfast is served here only from 8 o'clock and we have to be at work for 7 o'clock. Answer? it is not possible. They had no problem with it in every hotel. A 3x3 meter room? It's probably enough for one person or rather I would classify it as an hourly private, but those are luxurious in at least the Czech Republic, unlike this place. Internet? Terribly slow.

Very bad hotel, staff hardly spoke German, the room was partially cleaned but the towels looked used. Sheer window curtains in the room so neighbors can have a perfect view in the room. For breakfast it's better not to say anything about it because it was only half melted butter with a few rolls, and if you want to eat something decent you can first walk into the kitchen and say I want this and that to get it. There should be a minus in front of the rating stars.Not recommended at all

If we had read the reviews beforehand, we would have been spared a lot... so unfortunately it was a failure:pizza lower middle class,Price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all,Wine not drinkable, when we asked the service about it it was blamed on the high temperatures/sultry weather.We have a fridge at home for this purpose...I would definitely not come here again!
