Everything looks outdated and looks noisy! No sockets by the bed! Otherwise very clean and very quiet!

Everything is very old but functional.What really annoyed me was the dirty bed linen. I wrote an email to the landlord but only after I left did I get an answer that I could have contacted him.The phone number on the homepage no longer exists and the housekeeper doesn't speak a word of German. Even afterwards they didn't accommodate me.Would not book this accommodation again.

We stayed here for one night because we didn't want to drive the long distance home after visiting the thermal baths. (Room booked via Booking.com.)Positive:* Good location - the thermal baths are just a minute's walk away* Parking possible directly at the apartment* Rooms were clean (but very old)* WiFi worked without any problemsNegatives:* Upon arrival we were faced with a key safe, but we were never given a code for it. There is no reception and no contact person on site. The phone number listed on the homepage only led to voicemail. After a short search, we found a different phone number on the key safe, so someone answered and finally got a code for us.* There was an information sheet in the room stating that the tourist tax should be paid to the housekeeper upon departure, followed by the number of an apartment room. After no one opened the door, we met the housekeeper by chance in the parking lot a short time later - but she didn't understand any German or English.* When we called the phone number for the key safe again, they said that the tourist tax didn't have to be paid at all. 😂 The organization was very chaotic overall.

Booked the room via HRS, then stood in front of a key safe and had no code. The number given went straight to voicemail, there was no one on site, there isn't even a reception. There was no one there in the specified room either. I then spontaneously got a room somewhere else...Better to book directly somewhere else.

The service on the phone was unfriendly and very incompetent. There is no reception and the cleaning lady can only clean. I didn't get the room I booked and was blamed for it myself (only booked for one person instead of two). Then when I booked the room for two, I still didn't get it and now I have to pay for both rooms. I also informed Check24 and PayPal about these grievances and breaches of contract. The room was clean, a bit dated and not exactly as advertised. Better go somewhere else. Here it is not cheap but cheap.

Room was clean and functionally equipped. Everything is a bit old. Very well located and the self-check-in was also unproblematic.Unfortunately there was still an opened package in the fridge that didn't just smell good...

Very friendly staff on site, good and free parking. Very quiet place. The thermal bath is 1 minute away on foot. We liked it very much. Everything that was needed was there. Highly recommended.

Landlord is very unreliable and strange. Very old furniture and sagging beds. Totally overpriced for that. WiFi doesn't work properly either. The rooms are also dark especially the bathroom and kitchen.Not recommendable!

I can only recommend this place, unfortunately not the accommodation. Unfortunately the furniture was very outdated, there was hair all over the shower and the heating was broken, it was boiling hot and wouldn't turn off. The caretaker said the problem had been known for a long time. It was very hot in the room despite the window being open and with a 4 year old child. So unfortunately we paid way too much for accommodation.

Very dirty, not cleaned rooms, broken stove. When I spoke to them, the person said there were Ukrainians in there and that was why they were so unkempt. Paid too much for the money. Bed and chairs completely laid out / seated
