Was invited to a wedding and found the overnight stay at the location advantageous.Everything was fully booked online, so I still called to inquire.Booked two rooms over the phone without any problems.Then the experience:Overpriced and no serviceNo staff on siteNo room cleaningCheck-in and check-out done yourself using the card safe.Contact only via SMS and twice on the phone.Payment was requested in person during the celebration. Overnight stays including breakfast at €120 per night.An employee came to prepare breakfast. On the first morning, a small cold plate, very clear.On the second morning he didn't show up and therefore no breakfast despite paying.The conclusion is short and sweet:Never again and no recommendation!Sorry

I can't comment on the rooms because I didn't use them.I was there to celebrate my son's prom.Both the hall and the foyer were very, very well air-conditioned, which was extremely pleasant at 36 degrees.The hall was very attractively decorated (although you can clearly see that more large weddings take place here), but nevertheless GREAT. Even the young people thought it was nice, that's saying something...Definitely recommended

However, the music band and the ambiance inside were not very cute, and it did not make sense to me that they were charging so much money and giving the tea and coffee with money rather than as a treat.

I would like to briefly share my impressions of "My Palace Hotel".I was a guest at a wedding here. The overall hospitality and service was very good (5 stars).From the starter to the rich buffet and dessert with lots of fresh fruit, everything was excellent; the quality was right.The ceremony hall is very large and has good acoustics.Breakfast on the day of departure was very rich and fresh.The only drawback was the room, which seemed a little dirty to me, and the air conditioning also cooled the room temperature to 16 degrees - here less would have been more.In conclusion: a very nice atmosphere for a wedding with hardworking and capable hotel operators. Keep it up!

The overall hospitality and service were very good (5 stars).From the starter to the rich buffet and the dessert with lots of fresh fruit, everything was excellent; the quality was right.The celebration hall is very large and the acoustics are also very good.The breakfast on the day of departure was very rich and fresh.The only downside was the room, which seemed a bit dirty to me, and the air conditioning cooled the room temperature down to 16 degrees - less would be more here.In summary: A very nice atmosphere for a wedding with hard-working and capable hotel operators. Keep it up!

Rooms were only checked and not cleaned!Breakfast was announced, but no breakfast was served!! There wasn't even any staff on site who could have served breakfast! Very suspicious

Everything ok so far, not outstanding.The room in the hotel was nice, the bathroom was clean and well maintained.We were the only guests in the huge hotel, which is in the middle of nowhere. Was a bit spooky.When we arrived we had to wait in the restaurant next door until someone came out of the kitchen. The hotel reception was no longer occupied at 7.30 p.m. The lady who showed us the room was super friendly.Minibar in the room was not filled and the small refrigerator was unplugged. Didn't really bother us.Shower and toiletries in the bathroom were available and OK.The breakfast was not a buffet as we had assumed, but as the only guests it was probably not possible.The coffee was amazing!!There was no juice, no scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, which was a shame.No coffee variations either.On the breakfast plate were 2 slices of 0815 cheese, 1 slice of salami, a slice of sausage. 2 olives and a slice of sheep's cheese. A bit of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. There were also baked rolls.There was a small salad with spring onions, potatoes and some egg. Not seasoned but very oily.It wasn't tasty, but it was filling.Checkout hassle-free.Next time we would rather stay somewhere else.

The "Mein Palace Hotel" in Okritel is less a hotel than a venue for birthdays, circumcision parties and Turkish weddings. The 14 rooms are just additional income. …

Wow effect. Very large, beautiful hall. But the wedding is too expensive. You should proofread your advertising and flyers before they go to print. The typos are embarrassing. The menu cards for everyone are pointless and wasteful. The hall is beautiful but the food, for example rice with meat, is not beautifully presented. Doesn't fit with the rest.
