I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, a jacuzzi was offered but there was none on site. Additionally, the sauna wasn't working properly, which was very disappointing as I was looking forward to using these facilities.To make matters worse, it was extremely loud until well after 2:00 am, making it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. The confirmation said that there was a wedding taking place that day, which I didn't think was bad, but the loud car noises were very annoying.The staff also left a lot to be desired. I needed cutlery that day and called reception to have them bring it to us. Instead I was asked to pick it up downstairs. In addition, dirty dishes were handed directly to us, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I asked the staff about it, they seemed annoyed. I really expected more from this hotel and definitely won't be returning.I also booked the “Luxury Suite”.

Rooms great, stylish and completely adequately furnished. Parking spaces right in front of the door. Short distances to all rooms. The only point of criticism was the breakfast... breakfast was supposed to start at 8 a.m. Since we had an appointment in Frankfurt at 9 a.m., we were there at 8 a.m. unfortunately the breakfast wasn't set up yet and the last tray with breakfast options was there was brought out of the kitchen at 8.40. That was really a shame. You should perhaps make sure that the breakfast buffet is set up by 8:15 at the latest. So if you have an appointment, you should take this into account. But otherwise everything is fine.

Our stay was extremely relaxing. The hotel is in a quiet location. There was a big celebration taking place the evening we booked. We were taken to a spacious room on the other side and were able to enjoy our peace and quiet there. The bed was excellent and the rooms overall were very nicely designed. I noticed the impressive pictures in the hallway (as a Feng Shui expert, I immediately recognized the elements) and I asked myself whether a Feng Shui consultation had taken place here?🧐👀. I was able to recognize all elements, see pictures and my explanations. The breakfast room was simply delightful and tastefully decorated. Stylish and with a wide selection. The service staff was extremely friendly and competent. The price-performance ratio surprised us positively. We give 5 stars. ⭐️ Keep it up.🫶

The room was clean and nicely decorated and the staff was really super friendly.There is an underground car park, parking there costs €5 per night.I was very positively surprised by the breakfast, which was significantly better than almost all the hotel breakfasts I have had so far.

Newly renovated, very well-equipped hotel with very friendly, flexible, accessible and courteous staff. Very quiet rooms with good beds, large showers, pleasant lighting, tea makers and excellent coffee machines. Perfect parking options.
