We were warmly welcomed. Parking for 7 euros in front of the door. The rooms were clean and breakfast filled you up. Price-performance was right. Vacationing with children probably makes less sense in Offenbach. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes on foot.

The owner is an uneducated, emotionally unstable Georgian woman. At the reception there is always loud shouting and unpleasant laughter. Sounds like the gypsies celebrate endlessly. If you want a normal, civilized hotel on a European level - it's better not to stay in Offenbach.

I spent one night there and am very satisfied. Everything was clean, the interior wasn't the latest but sufficient. Family atmosphere, very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. Will come back there again.

Very customer-friendly and really nice, we have had a friendly and warm welcome for a long time, the breakfast is fresh, the room is big enough, the furnishings are not modern but comfortable and everything you need in a hotel is there. Many thanks to the team.

The hotel in Offenbach looks much more chic in the pictures than in its real surroundings. The room was rather small and the bathroom in particular was very narrow: a tile width between the wall and the bathtub. Overall, everything seems to be very old, temporarily patched up and not comfortable. If the shower doesn't work either, it's a no-go. You should have noticed that while cleaning.It should be praised that the service at the breakfast table was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was plain and simple, but completely sufficient.The hotel is acceptable for a bed for one night, but it is cheap compared to Frankfurt.

Terrible attitude. Constant control. They constantly scolded me, don’t go there, don’t go here. We rented many rooms for a large company. You can't go to others' rooms. You go downstairs and immediately ask where you came from and what room you went to.There is no parking as such. They cashed in, and in the end everyone parked each other. One of the guys was not allowed to park at all because the car was too big, although the guys made a reservation in advance.In general...if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a prison with a warden, then it’s better to look for another place.

Nice, affordable room with comfy bed and a bath tub. However, the fridge in the room is kind of noisy and I had to pull out the plug at night. The table lamps were also faulty.

If anyone wants to see an angel on earth, then go to the Hotel Monte Cristo. The lady at reception, Marina, is a treasure of gold. The most important and best thing about her is that she is the kind of person who always keeps her word, come what may!! As you can probably tell, we are most excited about this person. The lady deserves a top top top salary. Every hotel in the world is lucky to have them. She puts her heart into work day and night and cares about her guests with all her heart. Simply top! And just as much praise to the lady who supports her at work. She is hardworking and very helpful. The two are a great team. We felt at home during our stay at the hotel. It was a very good atmosphere. We arrived directly from abroad and Marina tried to do everything necessary to make us as comfortable as possible. This person is a very helpful person. She deserves a lot of recognition and respect for what she does every day for the guests of Hotel Cristo. I really enjoyed taking the time to write this comment because Marina looked after us very lovingly. We stayed at the Hotel Monte Cristo for 9 days and after leaving we missed the employees like our own family members. Big praise and thanks to Marina.
